Lemnos (or Limnos) is a Greek island, since ancient times, with a pure Greek population. Due to the old volcanic activity, it was considered as the island of Hephaestus, the god of Fire. According to mythology, Zeus in a dispute with Hera threw his son Hephaestus from Olympus to the land of Lemnos. Hephaestus set up his workshop there and taught the art of metallurgy to the inhabitants of the island. The lglm Limnos airport scenery was made over a period of 5 years and includes multiple moving parts, such as AI vehicles, moving people, night effects, air and sea traffic. Google earth was widely used for the 3D representation and the depiction of reality contains many fantastic additions to the airport and the surrounding area. Welcome to Galatea (ICAO: NZGA), a gateway to exploring the Urewera ranges and the east coast of New Zealand. Galatea is a small and basic airstrip with only one old hanger, a public toilet and a small clubhouse on a wide plain surrounded by native bush and pine plantation near Murupara in the Bay of Plenty of New Zealand. It is a grass strip of 1025m length and 60m width and aligned 01/19 with a group rating of 8. No night lighting or fuel is available.
The FSX model includes custom textures and models placed on an aerial image. It makes extensive use of items from the free VLC object libraries which are required to be installed (download from www.vectorlandclass.co.nz downloads menu). This scenery and the VLC libraries have been funded
by sales of VectorLandClass and although you do not need VLC to use it, your purchase helps further development.
To the south west of Murupara township and sawmill is the LakeLand Helicopters base which just fits onto the photo-real coverage. Library objects have been placed here although they may not be accurate as the site was not visited when taking reference photos. This airfield makes a great stop over when flying between Rotorua, Mount Tarawera, Whakatane or Gisborne.

FSX/P3D Version 3 of this scenery is a completely new build of SEQM from the ground up. The entire complex is rendered using FSX objects along with the new highway that connects to the highway infrastructure with AI road traffic. The airport is now at a mean altitude that better blends with the newly included NASA SRTM GL1 30m mesh for the region. The tower is at the correct altitude. Buildings use more accurate footprints, new models, floating jetways, and updated landclass, and work seamlessly with the roads added by FTX Global/Vector. Lakes are corrected within roughly 100 square miles. Although the Ibarra/Atahualpa (SEIB) airport no longer exists, there is an option to add it back. Startup files are included to fly from the lakes and the Ibarra/Atahualpa (SEIB) airport. As a “bonusâ€, SEQU was restored in this version, because much of the footprint of the airport still remains as part of its conversion to a park. As such, a custom and fully functional SEQU is included for users who would like to revisit the old airport. AI Traffic can be restored at SEQU by simply using the "Reversed SEQU-SEQM AI Traffic" option. Scenery was created using Airport Design Editor X v1.76.6715, SBuilderX 3.13, and the FSX Object Placement Tool. Scenery objects were added and modified from stock FSX scenery to resemble as closely as possible the actual airport. Bill Leaming's Ramp Lights for P3D/FSX illuminate the aprons.

| YKBR Kalbarri, Western Australia (VERSION 3) and townsite |

File Description:
YKBR Kalbarri includes a townsite where there was none in FSX and the entire mouth of the estuary and immediate coastline - The airport was rebuilt in 2001 replacing the old Kalbarri Strip. The Kalbarri Airport, 10km east of Kalbarri on the Kalbarri-Ajana Road, is a jointly owned by the Shires of Northampton and Greenough. The Airport was funded by both Shires, the State Government and significant contributions were also received from Arkona Holdings and Westralia Airports Corporation. The total cost of the construction is approximately $1.7 million. The Airport was officially opened on the 22nd September 2001 by the Hon. Michelle Roberts. The fee to land at the Kalbarri Airport is $15.00. This can be paid at the airport or Shire office in Kalbarri at the Allen Centre on Grey Street. Private aircraft can be parked permanently at the airport. There is a fee of $264.00 per annum and is payable in lieu of any landing fee.
