First and all, this repaint is a little fictional. Conair only operated
Boeing 720B's, but I think the repaint, together with Captain sim's Boeing 707-300, does a pretty good job, celebrating the bygone Conair and their Boeing 720's

In November 1966 the Dutch charter operator Transavia Holland started its activities with 2 Douglas DC-6 and 1 Douglas DC-6B aircraft. Despite stiff competition from KLM and Martinair Holland, Transavia was able to conquer a considerable part of the charter and inclusive tours market and expanded its fleet with a several more DC-6B's. In 1968 Transavia became involved in the relief airlift from Sao Tome to Biafra using its fleet of DC-6's. The next year the DC-6's were sold to Flughjalp who continued flying the Biafra missions till January 1970. Featured here are DC-6 PH-TRA (1966 livery) and DC-6 PH-TRB (1968 livery). Today Transavia is a major Dutch low cost and charter airline (owned by Air France-KLM) operating Boeing 737-700 and 737-800 aircraft. These are textures only. You will require Jens B. Kristensen's FSX Douglas DC-6 (dc6_v20x.zip). Original textures by Jens B. Kristensen. Repaints by Maarten Brouwer.

In October 1968 the Dutch charter operator Transavia Holland became involved in the relief airlift from Sao Tome to Biafra. Initially only the DC-6 PH-TRA and the DC-6B's PH-TRD and PH-TRL were despatched, followed in November 1968 by DC-6 PH-TRB. Eventually the entire DC-6 fleet served on this operation while for its regular charter operations Transavia started using the Sud-Aviation SE-210 Caravelle jets. In 1969 all DC-6's were sold to Flughjalp and received Icelandic registrations (DC-6 PH-TRA became TF-AAD, DC-6 PH-TRB became TF-AAE). With the exception of TF-AAD and TF-AAE, both featured here, which were both written from use resp. in November 1969 and June 1969 after having sustained damage at the airstrip near Uli, the Sixes kept soldiering on till the Biafran Airlift came to an end in January 1970. This is a repaint of the Payware LeveL-D Boeing 767_300 to represent a beautiful Kenya Airways Boeing 767-36NER (S/N 30853) which often operates between Schiphol, Paris, London and Nairobi. The aircraft is utilized by KLM/AF as part of a codeshare agreement with Kenya Airways. For FSX (a version for FS9 is also available). DXT textures with Alpha channels.

| SA-2 Samson - Avatar "Rogue 1" |

Many will recognize the Samson twin rotor from the film "Avatar". Although fictional, this is a highly believable flying machine and Nemeth have created a model that you can fly in the here and now of FSX. The version presented here is "Rogue 1" flown by Trudy Chacon during the battle sequence between the RDA and the Na'vi. Readme included - Caution! - Due to the many installation options provided by Nemeth, you need to install carefully.
