Inspired by flying around the ORBX Palm Springs scenery package, I felt like I was back home in sunny SoCal and started craving a Double-Double burger, fries and chocolate shake from In-N-Out. An admittedly silly novelty repaint inspired by flying the RealAir Citabria around the Northern California scenery area produced for FSX by ORBX simulations. Struck by the immersion level of the high-quality scenery, I started imagining that a real live hippie culture was still alive and thriving in the countryside (they didn't just all disappear after 1969, ya know). And wouldn't it be fitting to have the aviating equivalent of a hippie van. Timothy Leary isn't dead, he's flying this astral plane. :)
Requires RealAir Citabria, Decathlon & Scout 2007 package.

This is based on a new paint scheme that was introduced on the brand new American Champion Xtreme Decathlon series which just recently received EASA approval for 2015 and is similar to the N192MA-White repaint that is also uploaded here at AvSim. Color scheme is taken from conceptual 3-view illutration which Midwest Aviation has published on the web. I do not know of a real aircraft with this exact color combo, yet. Requires RealAir Scout/Citabria/Decathlon 2007 payware for FSX.

Fictional livery similar to the "ZS-HVR" texture set by Henning Van Rensburg/Aeroworx for airhead's fine Super Deke freeware package for FS9 - but all new and completely reapplied toward the RA Scout for FSX. I have no idea if this is a real-world aircraft, and have never been able to locate it by searching the web, but found the color scheme to be very pleasant to look at - and since it didn't look like this scheme was going to be redone by anyone anytime soon, I decided to have a crack at making an updated FSX version for the RealAir payware version of the aircraft. Includes versions for the standard Scout, plus Scout Amphibian and Tundra. (br> Requires RealAir payware Scout Citabria and Decathlon 2007 package.
