Accurate Placement of STAR ALLIANCE text (correct positions in referenced to ANA77W Star Alliance Livery) 2. Accurate placement United Stare Alliance decals (referenced to United Continental 777-200ER Star Alliance) 3. Tail SA decals placement were made many times before I was "satisfied". 4. Studied and averaged precise grey color for engines. 5. All colors of the ribbon were sampled by more than 3 pictures. 6. Correct GE logo in Grey color on engines. 7. UAL Logo under Star Alliance in black and accurate size relative to the airplane/pictures 8. Star Alliance logo between L1/R1 door and cockpit windows 9. Line number placed at the end of L5/R5 door. 10.Flag accurate position/flipped correctly for the right side (to appear backwards) 11.Text under reg. 12.Great attention to detail and placement of decals/livery components 13.Lots of Love put in to the project as well :) PMDG 777-300ER FSX only (Expansion needed to the original PMDG 777-200LR package)

Global Airways Douglas C-54 Download

Images related to this file:

File Description:
The repaint features Global Airways' N79000, an early production Douglas C-54 (c/n 3058) built at the Douglas factory at Santa Monica, CA, and delivered to the USAAF on February 8, 1943 as 41-37272. In 1946 the Civil Aviation Administration took her over as NC79000. Having been converted to DC-4 standard, she was bought on April 11, 1951 by Eastern Air Lines as N79000 '721'. In May 1955 she was sold and served many users such as Northwest, Transocean and World. In 1960 California Airmotive became the owner of the C-54. During September and October 1960 the C-54 was leased by Global Airways, a company based in Philadelphia, PA, from 1946 to around 1960. (founded by Simon Bolnick and Joseph Raphael; passenger charter operations included fishing and hunting charters to Canada.) In May 1961 the C-54 was sold as D-ADAM to Continentale in Germany. Already in December 1962 Continentale went bankrupt and the aircraft was stored in the open at Hamburg. In July 1963 Aviation Traders (Engineering) Ltd purchased the C-54 for conversion to Carvair car-ferry aircraft. As it turned out, the condition of the C-54 was extremely poor (corrosion on many places on the wing spars) so makeshift repairs were done before the aircraft was ferried to Stansted for its rebuild to Carvair G-ASKN.

Textures only. You will need Jens B. Kristensen's FSX Douglas DC-4 & C-54 (DC4_V30X.ZIP). Repaint by Maarten Brouwer.

FSX/P3D Seaboard World 707-345C 1968 Download

Images related to this file:

File Description:
This is a repaint of the 707-345C in Seaboard World 1968 colors. The payware Captain Sim 707-300C is needed for this repaint. New York based, Seaboard & Western Airlines - an all cargo airline, was renamed Seaboard World Airlines on 26 April 1961. The "new" airline received the first of 6 CL-44 turboprops in August 1961. The CL-44 was the first modern airliner designed solely to carry freight. They were put into service after August 1961. By 1962, the Lockheed Constellations were all replaced, and Seaboard became an all-turbine-powered airline (with the exception of a solitary C-46 based in Europe). Two years later in 1964, Seaboard received their first pure jets in three DC-8-Fs. 1964 was the airline's best year ever, as profits jumped by 53%, and the future looked very bright. However, it was not to be. Seaboard was forced to compete over its routes with the freight capacity of the passenger airlines, which annually became more competent in the cargo field. Although they did have a bright spot in providing charters to the military, the air freight industry as a whole will eventually fail to achieve the traffic potential envisioned by "aviation experts". Nevertheless, Seaboard, with new jetliners at their disposal, went on and provided excellent service to its customers. They offered a wide range of cargo services to many points in Europe. Eventually, falling passenger charters and stiff competition took their toll. Seaboard was bought out in 1980 by the only real all-cargo success at the time - The Flying Tiger Line. Seaboard operated 2n 707-300Cs from 1968 to 1969. This aircraft, N7322S, was leased from VARIG in 1968. This repaint was tested on FSX-SE. It should work on FSX & P3D v1-3. Textures are DXT5 dds.

APSA '1966' C-46 Download

Images related to this file:

File Description:
This is a repaint of the C-46 in Aerolineas Peruanas - APSA, 1966 colors. The freeware C-46 by Libardo Guzman and Tom Gibson is needed for this repaint. American C.W. Shelton, the owner of the Honduran carrier TAN (Transportes Aereas Nacionales), in association with two Peruvian nationals, founded Aerolineas Peruanas SA (APSA) in September 1956. Consequently, APSA began a C-46 international service from Lima (Peru) to Santiago de Chile via Autofagasta on June 17, 1957. By 1960, the company expanded its operations to Mexico City, and Panama City. Also in 1960 the CAB of the USA granted the rights to APSA to fly to Miami. However, before the rights were granted, the CAB forced C.W. Shelton to transfers his interest in APSA to Peruvian owners, as APSA was under "foreign interests" (ie. Shelton). Thus after this ruling, Shelton's airline changed hands and became a 77% owned Peruvian airline. The company entered the jet age with the delivery of its first convair 990 Coronado, which was leased, on 23 December 1963. South American expansion was undertaken in 1964 as services were launched to La Paz, Montevideo, and Asuncion. Eventually, Lima to London via Madrid and Paris flights were inaugurated during the spring of 1969 with a DC-8-52 leased from Iberia. Tragically, due to the high costs of its aircraft leases, the carrier encountered severe financial difficulties in 1970. Aditionally, the government, led by Juan Velasco Alvarado, refused to bail out APSA. Alvarado had plans to establish a state owned airline - AEROPERU, and APSA was standing in his way. Unable to overcome its massive $22-million debt, APSA ceased operations on May 3, 1971. This repaint was tested on FSX-SE. Textures are 32bit bmp. It should work on FSX, P3D v1-3, & FS2004.

FS2004/FSX/P3D Project OpenSky V4 Northwest Orient Cargo N618US Boeing 747-251F(SCD) Download

(TEXTURES ONLY)
(ONLY TESTED IN FSX: STEAM EDITION)
This was requested by Carl Lyndon Nepomuceno on Facebook.
If there is a tutorial online on how to make bare metal textures, I would totally make it by hand. Unfortunately there are none, and I mean like nothing at all. There was no complete tutorial or video on how to make that said texture, so I used AI to create one. I still have to sort a lot of things out like removing some of the belly and the back. There are also limited sources, both for references and decals. I made the "NORTHWEST ORIENT CARGO" Text using a Helvetica font from Fontsgeek, made my own letter "S" and used it for my livery. I had a previous version where I just used the text from a high quality Flickr photo, removed the background and added color. The references are limited for the "NORTHWEST CARGO" Livery specifically, as it seems like there are only 2 available photos of N618US with that exact livery. One in Facebook and another from Flickr (if I can remember). I also am not sure if the "CARGO" Text is a very dark shade of blue, or just black. If someone could verify that it is black, feel free to contact me so I can change it!
After this, I'll make the N800FT and N801FT liveries, but I would still have to make the JA822J 787-8 "Old Livery" of JAL.
The Livery 2 is the livery in 1977 while Livery 1 is 1979, so I may have accidentally switched it! But it is too late now...
Instructions and more information are included in the readme file.

Boeing B-17G 91st BG (OR-R) 'Nine O Nine' Download

Images related to this file:

File Description:
This folder contains a repaint for the A2A WoP2 B-17G in the colors of B-17G-30-BO 'Nine o nine". Nine-O-Nine was a Boeing B-17G-30-BO Flying Fortress heavy bomber, of the 323rd Bomb Squadron, 91st Bomb Group, that completed 140 combat missions during World War II, believed to be the Eighth Air Force record for most missions, without loss to the crews that flew it. The original aircraft, a block 30 B-17G manufactured by Boeing, was nicknamed after the last three digits of her serial number: 42-31909. Nine-0-Nine was added to the USAAF inventory on December 15, 1943, and flown overseas on February 5, 1944. After depot modifications, she was delivered to the 91st BG at RAF Bassingbourn, England, on February 24, 1944, as a replacement aircraft, one of the last B-17s received in factory-applied camouflage paint. A former navigator of the 91st BG, Marion Havelaar, reported in his history of the group that Nine-O-Nine completed either 126 or 132 consecutive missions without aborting for mechanical reasons, also believed to be a record. M/Sgt. Rollin L. Davis, maintenance line chief of the bomber, received the Bronze Star for his role in achieving the record. Her first bombing raid was on Augsburg, Germany, on February 25, 1944. She made 18 bombing raids on Berlin. In all she flew 1,129 hours and dropped 562,000 pounds of bombs. She had 21 engine changes, four wing panel changes, 15 main gas tank changes, and 18 changes of Tokyo tanks (long-range fuel tanks). After the hostilities ceased in Europe, Nine-O-Nine was returned to the United States on June 8, 1945, and was consigned to the RFC facility at Kingman, Arizona on December 7, 1945, and eventually scrapped. B-17G-85-DL, 44-83575, civil registration N93012, owned and flown by The Collings Foundation, Stow, Massachusetts, flew marked as the historic Nine-O-Nine until its crash on the 2nd of October 2019. Boeing B-17G 91st BG (OR-L) "Blue Dreams" Download

Images related to this file:

File Description:
This folder contains a repaint for the A2A WoP2 B-17G in the colors of B-17G-10-DL 42-37761 OR-L "Blue Dreams" of the 323rd BS/ 91st BG, based in Bassingbourne, UK. "Blue Dreams" was assigned to Captain Ken McFarland and his crew, and was painted by Corporal Tony Starcer, with the december pin-up by Alberto varga. When the crew found out that their captain's wife was pregnant, they had Starcer paint a stork and baby below the pilots window (without McFarlane knowing), adding the name 'Mona Gail'after the birth of his daughter. The aircraft would go on to complete 29 missions with the group, before being written off due to an unfortunate oversight by another crew. Shortly after taking off for a flight to Berlin, on the 6th of March 1944, the pilot, Lt Walter Wilkinson, noticed fuel streaming from the starboard wing. He decided to land immediately, in the hope of quickly solving the problem and rejoining the mission. The nearest airfield was the 355th FG's base at Steeple Morden, close to Bassingbourne, and he decided to land there. He lined up with the runway and slowly descended the heavily laden bomber, going for a smooth as possible landing. What came was different, since the crew had forgotten to lower the landing gear, and "Blue Dreams" screeched of the runway and into the grass. The crew evacuated the wrecked aircraft as quickly as they could, but fortunately, the bombs in the bomb-bay did not explode. "Blue Dreams" would not fly again, and was salvaged the following day. The subsequent accident report revealed that the pilot had flown 8 exhaustive missions in the previous two weeks. This time nobody was hurt, but it would be a different story 10 months later, when another 91st B-17 forcelanded at Steeple Morden... Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the A2A paintkit.

air algerie livery of wilco a340-300 Download

File Description:
air algerie leased an a340-300 from hifly The Airbus A340 is a long-range, wide-body passenger airliner that was developed and produced by Airbus. In the mid-1970s, Airbus conceived several derivatives of the A300, its first airliner, and developed the A340 quadjet in parallel with the A330 twinjet. In June 1987, Airbus launched both designs with their first orders and the A340-300 took its maiden flight on 25 October 1991. It was certified along with the A340-200 on 22 December 1992 and both versions entered service in March 1993 with launch customers Lufthansa and Air France. The larger A340-500/600 were launched on 8 December 1997; the A340-600 flew for the first time on 23 April 2001 and entered service on 1 August 2002. Keeping the eight-abreast economy cross-section of the A300, the early A340-200/300 has a similar airframe to the A330. Differences include four 151 kN (34,000 lbf) CFM56s instead of two high-thrust turbofans to bypass ETOPS restrictions on trans-oceanic routes, and a three-leg main landing gear instead of two for a heavier 276 t (608,000 lb) MTOW. Both airliners have fly-by-wire controls, which was first introduced on the A320, as well as a similar glass cockpit. The later A340-500/600 have a larger wing and are powered by 275 kN (62,000 lbf) Rolls-Royce Trent 500 for a heavier 380 t (840,000 lb) MTOW. The shortest A340-200 measured 59.4 m (195 ft), and could cover 12,400 km / 6,700 nmi with 210–250 seats in 3-class. The most common A340-300 reached 63.7 m (209 ft) to accommodate 250–290 passengers and had a 13,500 km / 7,300 nmi range. The A340-500 was 67.9 m (223 ft) long to seat 270–310 over 16,670 km / 9,000 nmi, the longest-range airliner at the time. The longest A340-600 was stretched to 75.4 m (247 ft), then the longest airliner, to accommodate 320–370 passengers over 14,450 km / 7,800 nmi. As improving engine reliability allowed ETOPS operations for almost all routes, more economical twinjets have replaced quadjets on many routes. On 10 November 2011, Airbus announced that the production reached its end, after 380 orders had been placed and 377 delivered from Toulouse, France. By the end of 2021, the global A340 fleet had completed more than 2.5 million flights over 20 million block hours and carried over 600 million passengers with no fatalities. The A350 is its successor; the McDonnell Douglas MD-11 and the Boeing 777 were its main competitors. Lufthansa is the largest operator and the largest customer with 34 A340 aircraft in its fleet.
