| FS2004/FSX/P3D Overseas National - ONA DC-6A 1959 |

This is a repaint of the Douglas DC-6A (CB17 model) in Overseas National Airways - ONA 1959 colors. The freeware CalClassic DC-6A CB-17 model by Greg Pepper and Tom Gibson is needed for this repaint. ONA was originally formed in 1950 by George Tompkins to undertake overseas contracts on behalf of the USAF. Douglas DC-4s were initially used, with DC-6s joining them later. However, due to underbidding on contracts, ONA declared itself bankrupt on October 29 1963. After this, the airline was extensively re-organized and began operations once again in October 1965, with a fleet of 7 DC-7s. Soon after, in June and July 1966 the airline's first jetliners joined the fleet in the form of DC-8-50Fs. After a 1966 ruling by the CAB, ONA was granted permission to undertake inclusive tour charters, affinity group charters, and single entity charters to transatlantic and Caribbean markets. This was a godsend to the airline and it started to become quite profitable. Over the next decade, the fleet expanded to include: L-188s, DC-8-61/63CFs, DC-8-20/30s, DC-9-30s, and the granddaddy of them all; the DC-10-30CF. During the winter of 1975/76 tragedy struck. Two ONA DC-10s were lost in accidents in the space of two months (November 1975 & January 1976). This was a major blow to the airline and its image. This, coupled with financial difficulties, led the the filing of its second bankruptcy on September 7, 1978. That was the final nail in the coffin. This repaint is on DC-6A N660NA, which joined the airline in 1958, ans was sold to AAXICO in 1961. Textures are 32bit bmp. This repaint was tested on FSX-SE and should work on FSX, P3D v1-3, & FS2004.

File Description:
The plane uses 32-bit texture with alpha layer to make some high reflections on the fuselage. With reference to the photos of LAD, I have tried to make an exact configurations and position of window, cargo doors, and hand-painted dirt. Cathay Pacific (B-LAD) is a type Airbus A330-343X. It was the 100th aircraft of Cathay Pacific delivered to Cathay Pacific on 30th August 2006, carrying the 60th Anniversary sticker of Cathay Pacific. Model - Project Opensky A330v2 Version 2004-8-3. Indian Navy P-8I Neptune IN321 for the payware PMDG 737 NGX. Textures only you must own the PMDG NGX 8/900 base pack and have updated to version 1.10.6461 that included the US Navy P-8A. Livery Manager install.
The Boeing P-8I Neptune is the Indian Navy's custom variant of the US Navy's P-8A Poseidon. There are to be at least eight P-8I's, 6 of which have already been delivered. An Indian P-8I was recently involved in the search for MH-370.

GMG Airline was established in 1997 and started domestic operations on 6 April 1998. International services were launched six years later on 8 September 2004, with a service from Chittagong to Kolkata.
GMG began regular flights to Bangkok, Delhi and Kathmandu on 20 October 2006. It started services to Kuala Lumpur on 24 January 2007. The airline started its operation to the Middle East with daily flights to Dubai on 1 February 2008. In July 2010, GMG initiated flights to Jeddah and Riyadh.
The airline also served Abu Dhabi and Karachi as well as domestic stations Jessore and Sylhet
A GMG Airlines Bombardier Dash 8 In February 2008 the airline added a leased Boeing 747-300 to the fleet starting wide-body operations, this proved to be a White Elephant in an era which saw Global economic problems and an unprecedented peak in oil prices, thus causing a substantial loss to the carrier, the 747 was eventually phased out after just five months of service.On 17 June 2009, the largest conglomerate of Bangladesh, BEXIMCO took a 50% stake in the airline, re-branding it and raising service standards to a higher level. 4. Studied and averaged precise sky blue color for fuselage.
5. Grey Stripe also averaged for closest match.

This will only work on the PMDG 747-8X. That means you must first own the 747-400x and buy the -8 expansion. This is the only aircraft this size and textures allowing this project to succeed so there will not be anymore of this version and it's only for the 747-8x.
This paint took me literally hundreds of hours. It's the hardest yet most rewarding effort I've ever done in a paint. It's the 10th Anniversary 9/11 Tribute. It has EVERY name of all that died that day. The names of the WTC victims are on the fuselage. The names of the Pentagon casualties are on the Right side tail. The engines have the aircraft broken down from flight crew and passengers. Keep in mind there are 4 sides to paint in the kit but 8 sides of a 4 engine plane in the sim. Therefore there are two of each and nothing anyone can do about.
Dedicated to all those that are missing their loved ones, all that died that day (and injured), and all the brave men and women that risked their lives and paid the highest of prices.

Adjusted Rudder/Nose Wheel steering sensitivity for a softer, more realistic "feel" while taxiing & flying.
Ailerons have a "smoother/softer touch" for those tiny adjustments made on final approach
Adjusted drag factors on spoilers, flaps and gear to get optimal final approach AOA, airspeed and better "throttle authority".

Only works with the PMDG 747-400 with -8 Expansion. Hello gents (and ladies).
I'm sure you all remember the tragic events that took place on 11 September 2001. I haven't had time to do any public paints in a while but wanted to make something special for the upcoming anniversary to pay tribute to all of the victims and surviving families & friends of that dreadful day. Remembering and paying our respects of course is the least we can do, so hope you all like this special tribute 9-11 livery.

In 2025, Pan Am returned with a short lived charter service. With the help of the Pan Am museum, the airline returned with a short lived charter service, used a charter Boeing 757 with a Business class 50 seat configuration, leased from Icelandair. These transatlantic routes started on June 27, and ended on July 8, with a charter Boeing 757-200 with a Business class 50 seat configuration.

This folder contains a repaint for the Douglas C-117D by Manfred Jahn and colleagues in the colors of C-117D N306SF (cn 43393) Skyfreighters, 1985. The aircraft was delivered to the USAAF as C-47A-30-DL, 42-23758 with C/N 9620. To the USN as R4D-5 BuNo 12437 then rebuilt to R4D-8. Became C-117D when designations standardized in 1962. Other civil regns include N8538R and N44GH. Served with Blue Angels 1953-55. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on paintkit by Manfred Jahn.
