The repaint is packed in PMDG proprietary (.ptp) format, to be installed by livery manager, and includes real configuration for this specific airframe. You need to own PMDG 737NGX with SP1b (or later) installed for this package to work. The original file was mispackaged and did not include the configuration. This is re-packed and should really work this time.
