In 1987, Air Jamaica leased a 747 from Tower Air to operate charter flights from July 1987 to May 1988.

This is a repaint of David Maltby's BAC 1-11-200 in Central African Airways colours. VP-YXA was one of two BAC1-11s ordered by Central African Airways but the airline split into Air Rhodesia (now Air Zimbabwe), Air Malawi and Zambia Airways before delivery took place. The aircraft was then delivered to Zambia Airways as 9J-RCH.

Based off many photos of SkyTeam KLM 737-900 (PH-BXO).
