This folder contains a repaint for the A2A WoP3 P-51D Mustang (with AccuSim), in the colors of P-51D-10 44-14402, OS-H 'Barbara', flown by Capt Fred R. Haviland of the 357th FS/355th FG from Steeple Morden in november 1944. He claimed 6 aerial and 6 strafing victories before finishing his tour. 'Barbara' was then flown by Lt. Sellers Hardee, who claimed a further 4 starfing kills, before making a crash landing with Barbara on 24 february 1945. Unfortunately, Lt Hardee died a few days later from his injuries. This repaint is for the A2A Wings of Power III Spitfire, representing the Mk IIa, P7308 of 71 Squadron, flown by Pilot Officer William R. Dunn. 71 'Eagle' Squadron was formed when American pilots joined the Royal Air Force at the start of the Second World War. No.71 Squadron operated Spitfires out of North Weald from June 1941 until September 1942 when the 'Eagle' squadrons were disbanded, when the USA entered the war in Europe. This paint is based on the livery worn for the 70th anniversary of the United States Army Air Force arriving at RAF Duxford in April 1943.

File Description:
This is a tribute to my dad's Comanche, bought brand-new in 1960. Over the next 40 years he flew it all over the U.S., to Mexico, Canada, the Caribbean and South America. He quit flying a few years before his death in 1999, and sold his share to his partner, who later handed the plane down to his son. The plane performed yeoman service until October 2012, when the plane took and structural icing and ended up being crash landed in a field. The pilot was fine. The plane was a total loss.

File Description:
This is a repaint for the payware A2A Simulations AT-6 Texan. This is an updated standalone version of my repaint of the restored AT-6C/Harvard Mk.IIa VH-NZH, painted in the WWII trainer markings of Pensacola NAS, circa 1941. This updated version includes new cockpit texture modifications matching the real aircraft, including WWII-period and re-faced modern gauges (to look WWII-correct, just as done in various restorations today), grey-primer cockpit, and black canopy framing, as well as a number of improvements/corrections to the main exterior texture files. The previous version of this repaint is not required.

This folder contains a repaint for the A2A Wings of Power III P-47D Thunderbolt, representing P-47D-22-RE 42-26267 B4-A "Sweet Sue", the assigned aircraft of Captain Julius 'Jack' Almond, of the 387th FS/ 365th FG. He was one of three pilots of the 387th that tested an electric bomb release, developed by the 387th's chief armorer, Sgt Joseph Piantino. They tested it for three months and found that it not only gave better accuracy, but was also easier to maintain. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by Martin Catney.

This folder contains a repaint for the A2A Wings of Power III P-47D Thunderbolt, representing P-47D-22 42-26046 Y8-W "Fighting Gator" as flown by Lt. Fred Varn of the 507th FS/ 404th FG. It was a Republic Employee donated P47 that completed 200 missions without a technical abort and was retired from operational duties at a service conducted by the Group Commander. The aircraft was painted with the Republic Employee donated plaque and the ribbons of the Distinguished Flying Cross, the Air Medal and the Purple Heart. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by Martin Catney.

I have created three additional glass cockpit texture options for the FSX default Cessna C172, Baron 58 and Mooney Bravo. I have installed the glass cockpit to my favourite of the default FSX textures so I have an option of two different textures with glass cockpits per aircraft rather than just one. I hope you enjoy the additional textures;) All credit to Microsoft as I have simply edited their data.

FSX real world repaint for Carenado's Cessna 185F. This aircraft is one of only a few Skywagons in Europe. Scattered over the continent, they can be found in Great Britain, Scandinavia or the Alps. At least two are based there, this particular model is obviously associated with AeroWorks Misteli in western Switzerland. The textures includes both the exterior and custom interior. You need the payware C185F to use this repaint.
