plane. A picture of the real plane is visible at www.asl.nl.
Air Service Limburg is a Flight School in the South of the Netherlands. My first flight in a real plane
was in here in this Cessna. I would never forget it!

Two versions are included , one celebrating 50 years of service ( not just with this aircraft ) !!
A thumbnail and full instructions for installation are included .
This repaint and the PH-RPH and PH-RPI also work in FS 9 .

This is a representation of SX-AKL, one of the primary trainers used by the Athens Aeroclub and based in Tatoi AB (LGTT) north of Athens. This is a plane in which many young (and older) rookie pilots first experienced the thrill of flying, including myself as I had my initiation flight and first solo flight in the good old "Kilo Lima".

The files contained in this zip are intended for the SibWings payware Cessna O-1 Birddog for FSX. These textures are intended for version 1.2 of the aircraft.
The aircraft depicted served with the Canadian Armed Forces in the early 70s. Colour-scheme worn is the glossy Dark Green with the Transport Command badge applied to the forward fuselage. I also created new external bump maps using the method described in the FSX SDK. Instrument panel textures are also custom made.

The files contained in this zip are intended for the SibWings payware Cessna O-1 Birddog for FSX. These textures are intended for version 1.2 of the aircraft.
The aircraft as depicted, served with the Royal Norwegian Air Force in the late 80s. Colour-scheme worn is Olive Green Field Colour upper surfaces and Grey Field Colour (appears a bit tan) lower surfaces. Last 4 figures of the US Army serial number appears on the vertical tail. Last 3 was normally used but an F-5 had the serial 375. I also created new external bump maps using the method described in the FSX SDK. Instrument panel textures are also custom made.

The aircraft is used for aerial photography, and carries two cameras in the fuselage. Remove the cargo pod to see them. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the blank textures by Carenado.

The second is of the same aircraft, but in the colors of Polar Aviation, which currently operates this aircraft out of Port hedland, WA.
