This folder contains a repaint for the Grumman Goose Redux, available at OZx, in the colors of VP-BBK (c/n B-74), one of the Gooses that flew with Bahamas Airlines between 1960 and 62 on their routes from Nassau to Cat Island, Mangrove Bay and Andros Town. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by the OZx team.

This livery represents a fictional "What if" repaint of the magnificent payware Grumman F9F-5 by VertigoStudios in a Royal Netherlands Navy Livery.
The aircraft resembles what it would look like if the Dutch government chose the Grumman F9F Panther over the Hawker Seahawk as their primary
attack fighter operating from the sole Dutch Navy aircraft carrier from the late 40-ies till the early 60-ies; the HRMS Karel Doorman (CV, R81,
Colossus Class). The Dutch navy operated two other aircraft carriers prior to this one (small MAC escort carriers, which were basically modified tankers),
but the R81 was the first and only real aircraft carrier ever operational within the Royal Netherlands Navy, and to operate jet-fighters from.
This particular livery of the F9F is in a typical grey & duck-egg green pattern resembling all Dutch naval aircraft of that era, carrier- and land based.
This livery with the "V" marking denotes that the aircraft has NAS Valkenburg as home base instead of the (back then) available aircraft carrier
"Karel Doorman", of which all aircraft were marked with a "D". You need the payware VertigoStudios F9F for FSX in order to use this repaint.

A repaint for the F8F Bearcat by Vertigo Simulations. It shows an aircraft of VF-19, the first squadron to be equipped with the bearcat at the end of the war. They were on their way to the front aboard USS Langley when the Japanese capitulated. Repaint by Jan kees Blom, based on the paintkit by vertigo.

This is a repaint of the RealFlight Simulations excellent F6F Hellcat. These textures represent a F6F-5 of VBF-87, USS Ticonderoga(CV-14) in May, 1945. This was the 10000th Hellcat manufactured and was delivered to the US Navy in March, 1945. THESE ARE TEXTURES ONLY! You need the RealFlight Simulations F6F Hellcat payware package.

File Description:
Most American 40's and 50's era fighters had the striking "NO HAND HOLD" text displayed just below the Gunsight reflector
adjustment device. This was either on the metal cylindrical element below the gunsight or the leather cushion protecting it.
This update places the text in the proper place of the Grumman F9F-5 Panther by Vertigo.
You need the payware Vertigo Studios F9F in order to use this update.
