| Tradewinds Airways Canadair CL-44 1977 |

This is a repaint of the Canadair CL-44 in Tradewinds Airways colors. You need the freeware Canadair CL-44 by Mike Stone. Tradewinds was a British air cargo company. In November 1968, Transglobe Airways ceased operations, leaving a fleet of Canadair CL-44s lease-purchased from Seaboard World Airlines in limbo. Later in the month, Bobwood was formed to takeover the aircraft lease. Bobwood's name was changed to Tradewind Airways in January 1969 and all three ex-Transglobe Airways CL-44s were transferred over to the new company. Due to Seaboard World Airlines (a U.S. Cargo airline) having a large interest in Tradewinds, the British Government would not issue a license. Thus, in April, a British group was put together to take over the company. Consequently, a route network was developed primarily to Africa and North America in 1971–1976. Also in 1972, the carrier began flying from London Heathrow, often on all-cargo subcontracts for foreign airlines. In January 1977, Tradewinds became a wholly owned subsidiary of the multinational Lonrho Group. They received the 707-320Cs soon after. In 1978–1979, Tradewinds offered scheduled jet freight services from London to points in Africa, USA, and Canada. Unfortunately, in January 1986, Tradewinds ceased operations, citing overcapacity, undercutting by competing charter services, and stringent new noise abatement rules as cause of the demise. Its assetts were purchased by Tal Air, a British business travel airline, and tried to revive Tradewinds with freight services to Africa and the Middle East, however it was not to be, and they finally shut down for good in 1990.
Textures are 32bit bmp. This aircraft was tested on FSX-SE. It should work on FSX and FS2004.
*This is strictly an FS2004 model. However, I used it on FSX-SE by replacing the FS2004 panel and gauges with an FSX 2D panel, and it worked well. I have included two internet links for users of FSX, who wish to fly the aircraft, with easy instructions on how to go about replacing the FS2004 panels with FSX ones.

This folder contains a repaint for the Aerosoft PBY Catalina for FSX. It is shown here as C-FCRR, with Air France colors. Built by Boeing of Canada at Vancouver, it became RCAF Canso 9767 on March 4, 1943, and was allocated to Squadron 162, coded S, at Reykjavik, Iceland. In 1944, piloted by Flying Officers Thomas Charles Cooke and Eric Walter Wiskin, 9767 sank the German U-boat U-342 off the coast of Iceland on April 17. The amphibian was removed from the military service on April 1, 1946. The same year it was sold to Canadian Pacific Airlines, registered CF-CRR and assigned fleet number 233 (later 933), it was operated until 1959, thereafter by Northland Airlines (1960-1968), Midwest Airlines (1969-1970), and Ilford Riverton until 1973. The registration was changed to C-FCRR when Avalon Aviation acquired it as a water bomber in 1977, listed as Tanker number 791.
In 1995 the aircraft was bought by Powell Eorp. Of Parry Sound, Ontario, subsequently it was owned by the Canadian Air Legend. The French pilot Franklin Devaux bought C-FCRR in 1995 and converted it to a flying television studio, it was based at Le Bourget, Paris, France. During 1996 C-FCRR was the star of monthly French television programme Operation Okavango, while in September 1998 it was the eye catcher of the three-week Champs-Elysees (Paris) static air show. The following October the aircraft started an 8,078 mls (13,000 km) trip to Chile via Dakar (Senegal) and Natal (Brazil) to commemorate early Air France South Atlantic mail service, returning to France in June 1999. On January 19, 2002 the aircraft was stored at Orly Airport, Paris, and has not flown since. Its Canadian registration was cancelled on October 7, 2005. Project Opensky Boeing 737-700 B-5265 "Eyes Of the EXPO" Complete Package for FSX. Named "Eyes Of the EXPO", B-5265 is one of the aircrafts specially painted in EXPO 2010 theme in the fleet of China Eastern Airlines, which is the Official Air Transportation Services Provider of the EXPO 2010. Texture by He Lingyuan of China. Panel & Sound of the Default B737-800 are used, Virtual Cockpit is not included due to a technical problem. Operation Manual by Warren C.Daniel of Project Opensky Team and Performance Data by Matt Zagoren are also included, all used under permission of Project Opensky Team.

File Description:
This FSX repaint represents the PMDG 747-400X Queen of the Skies and a fictional 747-400F freighter livery based on the agreed merger of United and Continental Airlines based. This package contains two sets of textures with different fuselage titling of your choice. One is labeled "United" and the other "United Cargo".
The aircraft was hand painted using the PMDG paintkit and features DDS DXT5 textures and updated night textures which increase the illumination of the fuselage and tail at night.
PMDG 747-400 for FSX required. See readme for important installation instructions and enjoy the repaint.

File Description:
Pakistan International Airlines / KLM B737-900 PH-BXL utilizing the Project Open Sky 737-900 model. It is depicted here wearing a special 'F1 tour' livery, designed by Virtual PIA. This special livery is designed for Virtual PIA's special tour, which will follow the F1 world championship around the world. The aircraft is leased to VPIA from KLM, and therefore wears the Dutch registration, as well as the Dutch and EU flags in addition to the Pakistan flag. With working stair texture. File Description:
This repaint of Rick Piper's Viscount 700 is c/n 99 delivered to CAA as VP-YNB on 5 May 1956 and named R.M.A. Matopos. In 1958 she was operated by Middle East Airlines and returned to CAA later that year after the crash of VP-YNE. She was registered to Air Malawi as 7Q-YKO in 1964 and returned to Air Rhodesia in 1968. In 1983 she was re-registered as Z-YNB in Air Zimbabwe colours and withdrawn from service in 1990 and used for training of Air Zimbabwe engineeers before being broken up in 2000. This aircraft has been operated by Croatian charter/ACMI airline ETF Airways since June 2021. It was originally delivered from new to MALEV in 2004 and then operated under lease with S7 Airlines of Russia in 2012. ETF have flown this machine in their corporate livery since then flying for Transavia briefly and then most recently with Jet2.com of the UK filling in on Jet2's typical holiday routes from Manchester to destinations in Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Greece and various other European countries. The livery you see here has been on the aircraft since April 2025.

Lineas Aereas Canarias (LAC) was established on November 25, 1985 by a group of 21 shareholders and intend to apply for the grant of inter-lines announced by the INI and finally awarded Binter Iberia hand. This aircraft was delivered to the LAC provisional registration 01/05/1989 EC-279 and EC-EKM later (01/07/1989). Came from the company Oasis International Airlines and after passing through LAC was other Spanish companies such as Meridiana and Spanair (EC-HKP). Full aircraft, model, by Alejandro Rojas Lucena, texture by Juan Villamor. Addons, FMC, Ground Handling, GPWS.

This is a high quality repaint of the Boeing 737-200 model made by Mr. Erick Cantu (KittyHawk) in the wonderful colors of the Canadian airlines WestJet - Registraiton C-GWWJ. For both FS9 and FSX. The main textures are 32bit images created using real world imagery of the Boeing 737-200 registered C-GWWJ. Unfortunately this aircraft is no longer in service with WestJet.
You will need to DOWNLOAD the B737-200 model by Mr. Erick Cantu (KittyHawk) as this is a repaint for his aircraft. The original aircraft download can be found here on avsim.
