File Description:
This is my second release for the FS community.
The F-15 S/MTD is a STOL variant of the all-weather tactical
fighter F-15 Eagle. While S/MTD stands for Short take off and landing
/Maneuver Technology Demonstrator, the actual plane has F-18's elevators
as canard wings and a two-dimensional thrust vectoring, which gives the
aircraft an exceptionnal maneuvrability. Developed as a technology
demonstrator, the F-15 S/MTD carried out research for studying the
effects of vectored thrust and enhanced maneuverability. The NASA has
modified an F-15 Eagle by adding canard wings and by replacing the
original engines nozzles by two Pratt & Whitney P/YBBN 20 Degree
two-dimensional thrust vectoring nozzles. The F-15 S/MTD can also
perform the famous "Pugachev's Cobra" maneuver. The same aircraft would
later be used for the F-15 ACTIVE (with three-dimensional vectored
thrust) and for the F-15 IFCS (with three-dimensional vectored thrust
and with improved avionic). Features all the basic animations
(retractable landing gear, steering wheel, working suspension, working
surfaces plus thrust vectoring nozzles and moving engines inlets) and
afterburner. Sorry, no VC.

FSX/FS2004 F-15 ACTIVE
Another experimental technology demonstrator STOL variant of the
all-weather tactical fighter, F-15 Eagle.
Taking its origins from the F-15 S/MTD, The F-15 ACTIVE has F-18's
elevators as canards wings and a 3D thrust vectoring system. The same
aircraft would later be used for the F-15 IFCS (with improved avionic).
Features new thust vectoring, new .AIR file plus a few other improvements
from the F-15 S/MTD

File Description:
The AN225-210 is the result of a proposed 1 to 2-year projected modernization program which will
convert the current AN225 into a much more useful and capable aircraft than the already infamous
ÐœÑ€Ñ–Ñ (Mriya) . The latter First flew on December 21, 1988, and is currently 33 years old. There have
been a few maintenance periods and 1 major avionics modification, but otherwise is too old for reliable
future use. The 2 year process involves reconstructing the landing gear system to support much more weight. The
new engines are much more powerful, but lighter in weight, and much more fuel efficient. The wings
are replaced with similar wings with more wing-area built of modern light-weight material which gives
her higher lift capacity. The cargo hold area is reinforced for heavier weight limits. The crew areas
(upper deck, fore/aft main wing) are modernized for long duration flight, and two galleys are included.
The fuel tanks (9) now also involve 3 tanks in the upper center portion of the fuselage in order to put
less stress on the wings. The pressure system is modernized to achieve 6,000 feet cabin pressure up to
FL470. The internal and external lighting is fully modernized, the former for a pleasing effect and the
latter for distinct recognition during flight. Overall, the aircraft does not appear different to the
common observer.

NASA TU-144LL: TU-144D aircraft (CCCP-77114) converted to a flying laboratory for NASA with four Kuznetsov NK-321 afterburning turbofan engines and re-registered RA-77114. The aircraft underwent many upgrades and modifications in its conversion to the "LL" Flying Laboratory, including the installation of more powerful NK-321 augmented-turbofan engines that were originally produced for the Tupolev TU-160 Blackjack bomber. NASA successfully used this aircraft to help in designing the U.S. Space Shuttle. She is no longer flying, nor are any other Soviet versions other than the TU-160. This model represents the maximum test payload and fuel for test flights, and includes real world engine/aero dynamics provided by NASA and further employed in this converted model (cosmetics are original). This version of the AN-225 is almost too accurate, yet as easy to fly as the real "Dream" it was designed to be. Everything has been incorportated in this version in order to make this the best of the best AN-225 versions for FSX ever produced. This work required well over 50 flight test hours and thousands of dollars worth of research and skill. It's all free, and offered for educational use. Anyone who has flown the previous versions will see a huge improvement in all aspects now offered in this fully refurbished model, based entirely on modern design data and aerodynamic details offered only recently. This model includes all factual performance, weight/balance, and aerodynamic details, and realistic thrust points with high turn radius wheel design. This model is absolutely realist in ever aspect.
