File Description:
This file contains three library files with 43 GMAX ships for scenery development. It also contains as a demonstration of the possibilities with the library two placement bgl-files, which sets 15 different ships anchored in the bay in Rio de Janeiro in Brazil and 7 ships southwest of Rotterdam in the Netherlands.
14 of the ships included have landable helicopter decks. The pack contains harbour tugs, anchor handling tugs for the offshore industry, oil tankers, container vessels, bulk carriers and a small ferry.

Plenty of good designers have created beautiful navy ships and aircraft carriers for FSX, but only few have created container ships, tankers, off-shore supply ships, tugs, or bulk carriers and put them to sail around the globe in FSX. With this package I intend to fill a part of this gap and to bring more life to the mostly empty oceans in FSX by providing AI ships and AI traffic files with a fleet of modern merchant ships travelling through some of the most heavily trafficked sea routes in the world. The pack contains 63 AI ships based on more than 35 different GMAX models. Around one third are equipped with landable helicopter decks. Most ships have simple animations like rotating radars and most have custom light, smoke and wake effects. The pack also contains traffic files for the east coast of South America and the coasts of North West Europe: In South America ships visit Belem, Sao Louis, Natal, Recife, Salvador, Macae, Rio de Janeiro, Santos, Florianopolis, Pelotas, Porto Alegre, Montevideo, Buenos Aires and Puerto Madryn. In Europe ships visit Gibraltar, Algeciras, Lissabon, Bordeaux, La Rochelle, Saint Nazaire, Brest, Le Havre, Antwerp, Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Thamesport, Felixstowe, Bremerhaven, Hamburg, Esbjerg, Oslo, Aarhus, Copenhagen and St.Petersburg. This package contains 130 new AI ships and AI ship traffic routes for the North Sea, the Norwegian coast and the sea around the Arabian Peninsula and a few routes for the Mediterranean Sea.
The new ship models include 40 ferries, 4 cruise ships, different types of fishing vessels, Platform Supply Vessels (PSV), Offshore Subsea Construction Vessels (OSCV), and shuttle tankers from off shore oil industry, a pirate mother ship, pirate attack boats, a Greenpeace ship, a heavy lift ship, a couple of frigates, a coast guard ship, container ships, bulk carriers, a number of small coasters, and much more. Around 40 ships have landable helicopter platforms - all marked with an H. Most ships will have simple animations and custom wake, smoke and light effects.
Ships visits among other places Le Havre, Plymouth, Jersey, Hull, Aberdeen, Oslo, Kristiansand, Stavanger, Bergen, Trondheim, Bodo, Narvik, Tromso, Hammerfest, Murmansk, Mallorca, Rome, Neaples, Heraklion, Port Said, Suez, Jeddah, Djibouti, Salalah, Muscat, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, Ras Tanura, Kuwait, Basra, Bandar Imam, Mogadishu, Karachi, and Mumbai.
In order to get full benefit of this package you must first download and install 63 AI Ships and AI Ship Traffic for Europe and South America, 75 AI Ships and AI Ship Traffic, and the corresponding patch. With that installed you will have a total of 268 ships on shipping routes across the globe.

Boats, ships and sea traffic,of the scenery.
They are 2 static and 6 moving ships in the scenery of Limnos.
This update adds moving AI ships to the scenery. These are the Diagoras ferry, the Afroditi yacht, the commercial achilles, the tourist limnosexpress, the small limnos ferry and a coastguard boat. Static ships in the Gulf of Moudros are a Hydra-class frigate and a Super Vita missile boat. The Hydra-class frigate, the Diagoras and the Super Vita missile launcher, are accurate models made in Sketchup and can be downloaded by anyone who wants to from there.

This package contains AI ship traffic files to be used with my packages 63 AI Ships and AI Ship Traffic for Europe and South America and 75 AI Ships and AI Ship Traffic. This package updates all European routes from 63 AI Ships and AI Ship Traffic for Europe and South America so they benefit from the total of 138 ships included in the two packages. At the same time the routing has been improved and expanded so the coverage is far wider - from Tenerife to Saint Petersburg. The ships visit among other places Gibraltar, Tenerife, Lisboa, Rotterdam, Liverpool, Le Havre, Copenhagen, Amsterdam, Oslo, Gdansk, Felixstowe, Portsmouth, Bordeaux, Brest, Cherbourg, Antwerp and many more.
A great thanks to Jean-Pierre Fillion, Didier Lagaffe Puentes and Robystar for letting me use some of their models in the project and to all the beta testers.
