This folder contains a repaint for the Aerosoft PBY Catalina for FSX. It is shown here as C-FCRR, with Air France colors. Built by Boeing of Canada at Vancouver, it became RCAF Canso 9767 on March 4, 1943, and was allocated to Squadron 162, coded S, at Reykjavik, Iceland. In 1944, piloted by Flying Officers Thomas Charles Cooke and Eric Walter Wiskin, 9767 sank the German U-boat U-342 off the coast of Iceland on April 17. The amphibian was removed from the military service on April 1, 1946. The same year it was sold to Canadian Pacific Airlines, registered CF-CRR and assigned fleet number 233 (later 933), it was operated until 1959, thereafter by Northland Airlines (1960-1968), Midwest Airlines (1969-1970), and Ilford Riverton until 1973. The registration was changed to C-FCRR when Avalon Aviation acquired it as a water bomber in 1977, listed as Tanker number 791.
In 1995 the aircraft was bought by Powell Eorp. Of Parry Sound, Ontario, subsequently it was owned by the Canadian Air Legend. The French pilot Franklin Devaux bought C-FCRR in 1995 and converted it to a flying television studio, it was based at Le Bourget, Paris, France. During 1996 C-FCRR was the star of monthly French television programme Operation Okavango, while in September 1998 it was the eye catcher of the three-week Champs-Elysees (Paris) static air show. The following October the aircraft started an 8,078 mls (13,000 km) trip to Chile via Dakar (Senegal) and Natal (Brazil) to commemorate early Air France South Atlantic mail service, returning to France in June 1999. On January 19, 2002 the aircraft was stored at Orly Airport, Paris, and has not flown since. Its Canadian registration was cancelled on October 7, 2005. Miami International Airport, it currently operates a fleet of ten MD-11F,
and has an impressive 550,000 square foot warehouse, divided into two
different sections, a 159,000 square foot cooler and 391,000 square foot
Dry Cargo Area. The Centurion Cargo Center is by far the largest privately
owned all cargo airline facility in North America.
Centurion is one of the leading cargo airlines operating to and from
Latin America and is No. 1 in the handling of live animals and perishable
goods. Centurion has recently expanded its network to include 4 weekly flights
from Amsterdam, The Netherlands. We also offer worldwide charter, handling, and
security services among others.
FSX McDonnell-Douglas MD-11F repaint textures for the real world
Centurion Cargo N985AR "Frank Fine", but with the freeware version's Pratt and
Whitney engines. She is named after the late Miami aviation pioneer Frank Fine,
who started in aviation as Agro Air Associates and later lead both Fine Air
and Arrow Air. For the freeware SMS Overland MD-11 with P&W 4460 engines, which
you must have previously installed in FSX. I installed the freeware
(SMS-MD-11_Dutch_Package.zip) with VC which works well with this repaint.
Also includes engine exhaust smoke coordinates which you can add to
your "aircraft.cfg" if you wish. Screenshots enclosed. Easy installation.

Eagle field- 09PA Port Matilda PA.
Private Glider field Owned by Karl Striedieck. Karl is a world record setting glider pilot and a member of the U.S. Soaring Hall of Fame. He was an early pioneer of ridge soaring in the Ridge-and-valley Appalachians in the 1960s, ultimately setting nine world records flying gliders there. He was selected for the U.S. national soaring team 12 times, and won a silver medal in the world championships in 1978 and 1983.
Mr. Striedieck was a U.S. Air Force pilot from 1959 to 1962, flying the F-86 Sabre and F-102 Delta Dagger, then continued his military service until 1981 in the Pennsylvania Air National Guard, where he transitioned to the A-7 Corsair II. A year before graduating from Pennsylvania State University in 1965, he started flying gliders when he and Bill Clark co-founded the Nittany Soaring Club, flying out of the former State College Air Depot. He has over 15,000 flying hours, with nearly half of that total in gliders.
Mr. Striedieck moved his home to the Eagle Field private airport on top of Bald Eagle Mountain, near State College, Pennsylvania in 1966, and now lives there with his second wife, Iris.
Basically a manicured farm field, this private glider field offers access to the famous ridge lift of central Pennsylvania.Nearby Ridge Soaring is another one of my airfields available.

This is the newest mexican air taxi airliner called Eurus Aviation, the aircraft for now of this new airline is a Embraer ERJ-145LR with the registration XA-JNR, the files contain exclusively the new aircraft with the Eurus Aviation livery. This file don´t contain the others textures, because don´t have to much had been uploaded. You can choose any type of texture that you want to add to your air traffic, it does not affect anything in the chronology of the aircraft as it is a charter aircraft, it is not necessary to add all the textures that I am including in this package, I simply choose to that there is variety, the logos on the aircraft are real and have been on the aircraft since it recently began operations. | Royal Italian Air Force - Messerschmitt Bf-109 G-2 Trop |

File Description:
The G-2 was the first of the Bf-109 G series received by the Regia Aeronautica (Royal Italian Air Force), during Spring 1943. Two Liveries for a Bf-109 G-2 Trop, belonged to 365th Squadriglia of 150th Gruppo Autonomo based on Sciacca's Airport (Sicily / Italy) during June 1943 and for another G-2 belonged to 73rd Squadriglia of IX Gruppo of 4th Stormo based on Ciampino's Airport (Rome) during May 1943. Texture sets only for the FSX/FS9 beautyful 'Flight Replicas Messerschmitt Bf-109 G' payware package. Repaint by Manuele Villa, May 2007.

File Description:
MS didn't do much with military bases in FSX. Here is an improved version of the stock Westover ARB.
I added Military_cargo parking spaces and GA spaces at Metropolitan Airport which occupies a small part
of Westover ARB. I added the fire station and fire trucks. I removed and replaced most default buildings,
added additional buildings and moved the control tower. I added static fuel trucks, parking lots with cars,
static planes, and light poles. I added, removed, or adjusted taxiways and aprons as needed to more closely
resemble the real world base.
Westover is the largest Air Reserve Base in the world and is a backup landing site for the space shuttle.

This is a repaint of the Beechcraft D18S originally produced by Milton Shupe and Scott Thomas, adapted for FSX by David Caroll (B18DC05.ZIP). This former RCAF Expeditor Mk.3N (C/N CA83, RCAF S/N 2285) was acquired by the French Air Force in 1959. It is shown here in the markings of GTLA (Groupe de Transport et de Liaison Aerienne) 2/60 during the mid-sixties. Aircraft belonging to this unit were kept in pristine condition, hence the unusual, very glossy, nearly chrome-finished aspect of the natural metal surfaces.

This is a repaint of Kirk Olsson's Wonderful F-16D Model. It is a repaint of the Turkish Air Force
F-16D Block 50.
It is a photorealistic and my best repaint to date. DXT3 textures will work with FSX and potentially FS9

This is a repaint for the Quality Wings 757 for Far Eastern Air Transport (FAT) with Pratt & Whitney engines and no winglets. FAT (based in Taiwan) went bankrupt in 2008 but has re-structured and is re-commencing operations this year (2011). They have 2 757s in inventory: B-27013 and B-27015. This repaint depicts B-27015.
