National Air Cargo Boeing 747-428(BCF) N919NC; utilizing the payware Overland/Simmer Sky 747-400 model. This repaint is in 32-bit textures, optimized for FSX, but should work for FS9 as well. This is the sister ship of N949NC, which crashed on takeoff at Bagram AB, Afghanistan on 29 April 2013, with seven souls aboard, RIP. Aircraft by Overland/Simmer Sky, repaint by Michael Pearson.

File Description:
This FSX repaint represents the PMDG 747-400X Queen of the Skies and is a repaint of N469AC, a -400BDSF variant of the current livery of Southern Air. This package is an update to the original and fixes the wingtip textures and missing light illumination on the tail.
The aircraft was hand painted using the PMDG paintkit, features DDS DXT5 textures and updated night textures which increase the illumination of the fuselage and tail at night plus custom cockpit textures.
PMDG 747-400X for FSX required. See readme for important installation instructions and enjoy the repaint.

Lufthansa outsourced their freight business in 1977 into German Cargo Services to avoid restrictions due to Lufthansa's membership in IATA. German Cargo was renamed into Lufthansa Cargo in 1993, however, the ICAO-airline designator remained GEC as it was with German Cargo already. See readme for installation instructions. Textures only for Captain Sim Boeing 707.
