This is an accurate version for EBBR to reflect today's situation with two optional files: one version with the Crosswind runway operating where all 3 runways will be used for takeoff/landing and one version as the default airport runway operation: assigned parking at the terminals now as per their website, new control tower, helipad, taxiways, taxi signs updated and corrected to the latest charts, extra fuel trucks, support vehicle roads rebuilt and many other scenery improvements and objects added, airport views are from the roof of the control tower (when in tower view) please view the readme before installation.

| WASP PT-17 Stearman (N59293) |

This is a repaint only, for the payware Vertigo Studios Stearman Vol.1 set. This repaint depicts the restored Stearman PT-17 N59293, owned/operated by Andrew and Mike Porter, based at Spring Lake, New Jersey. The aircraft was manufactured as USAAF 41-25714 and was used continually from June 1942 until June 1945. During WWII the aircraft had multiple assignments, one of which included Avenger Field in Sweetwater, Texas, home of the WASP (Women's Airforce Service Pilots), where it was based from February 1943 until August 1944. Sold surplus after the war, the aircraft was used as a crop duster in New Mexico all the way until 1981. Starting in 2006, the aircraft was restored to factory-original award-winning condition, and painted in the same markings it wore while stationed at Avenger Field, flying as a tribute to all of the WASP pilots. (In one of the aircraft's other WWII training assignments, Donald Strait flew this aircraft during flight training and would go on to become a double-ace flying P-51's with the 361st Fighter Squadron).

Joshua Buckhorn is getting ready for his trip into the Canadian Wester Fur Route. As a trader of furs and FBO owner things up here in North Washington
are hard in this year of 1949. Just 5 years ago he was flying a huge B-17 over Germany. Now a new life has brought him into the dangers on Bush Flying.
As always before these flights, new oil and spark plugs must be placed in the plane, tyres must be just right and the fuel tanks got to be full to the top.
It is 5:45 AM and a big breakfast is a must before the flight, eggs, grits, potatoes, ham, bacon and NO beans since the gas they produce will disrupt the fligh. And don´t forget the "P" Bottle.----I hope you know how to balance a plane with all those furs and hides you will acquire in this trip full of danger in approaches and take offs from, indeed, very dangerous fields. ( Bonus you get 4 new airports for future flights if the business pays off)..:)

This huge add-on features different sounds for all P&W JT8D powered planes from the 727 to the MD-80. Options for hush-kit or non-hushkit are included. Options for different interior sound point of views are included such as cockpit or passenger cabin. 3D Sound Cone technology has been used extensively with these sounds. Versions included: Boeing 727 JT8D "Early" and "Late" versions with options for hushkitted or non-hushkitted and two interior sound options. On 12 June 1962 the four years young Dutch charter company Martin's Air Charter (MAC), proud owner of two de Havilland DH-104 Dove and two Douglas C-47 ("DC-3") aircraft, welcomed at its Amsterdam homebase the flagship of the fleet: the Douglas C-54B ("DC-4") PH-MAE. Until that moment the largest aircraft of MAC, whose main activities were on the IT-charters and ad-hoc cargo transport, were C-47 PH-MAA which was limited to the transport of max. 32 passengers and C-47 PH-MAB which had a large freight door and could transport a maximum of 3 tons payload. C-54B PH-MAE was a huge improvement since it could transport 70 passengers or 7 tons payload. The other great advantage being it range (medium distance). It soon became a very popular aircraft. With the arrival of the larger Douglas DC-6A combiplane PH-MAM in 1966, the days of PH-MAE with MAC were numbered. The C-54B was sold in February 1967 to the German operator Allgemeine Lufttransport All-Air. Around the same time Martin's Air Charter had changed its name into Martinair Holland and as such entered the turboprop and jet age. These are textures only. You will need Jens B. Kristensen's FSX Douglas DC-4 & C-54 (DC4_V30X.ZIP). Repaint by Maarten Brouwer.

Civilian "CS" (Competizione Sportiva=Sporting Race) versions of the known medium and torpedo bomber Savoia-Marchetti S.79 "Sparviero", deployed by Regia Aeronautica, or Italian Royal Air Force, were successfully flown (w/civil marks) in the "Istres-Damascus-Paris (Lindberg Cup)" 1937 air race, where they ranked the first three places of the final scoreboard. The also "civilian" "T" (Transatlantic) version of the very same S.79 performed exceptionally in the 1938 Atlantic crossing Roma-Dakar-Rio de Janeiro and in 1939 experimental test meant to verify the feasibility of an airline passengers and mail line between Italy and South America for the civilian airlines (Ala Littoria S.A.- Linee Aeree Atlantiche, later called L.A.T.I./Linee Aeree Transcontinentali Italiane) over the routes of Southern Atlantic Ocean.
3 new different GMax models, covering 3 different versions of the civilian S.79 described above and featuring the standard animated parts, such as all flight controls, props pitch and leading-edge slats. Ten (10) different liveries depicting all the S.79CS team which flew the 1937 Istres-Damascus-Paris Race, the 1938 Roma-Rio de Janeiro Expedition and the 1939 Transatlantic Test flight.
