File Description:
FSX features for pilotable WWII US Navy PT-Boat. The boats are made by Jim Dhaenens and belongs to the FSX Solomon Islands 1943 AI Boat Traffic-scenery. A download of that scenery is required (solomonislands1943traffic18.zip). My features provide pilot able boats in 3 versions with VC panel. Several deck views and weapon effects like guns, depth charges and a time delayed torpedo explosion. Formation boats can be displayed from a cockpit view on port side or starboard side. This file contains alternative textures for the A2A/WWII Fighters payware Spitfire Mk.Ia. This repaint depicts the Spitfire Mk.IIa flown by William R. Dunn from RAF 71nd (Eagle) Squadron in August 1941. William Dunn was the first American Ace of WWII, even before the USA had entered the war. RAF 71nd Eagle squadron was one of the 3 squadrons in the RAF which were manned by American volunteers. For this repaint the excellent paintkit from the incredible John 'Bomber_12th' Terrell was used as base.

This is a repaint of a DC-8-63 in Air Zaire colors. The payware DC-8 50-70 pack by JustFlight is needed for this repaint. Textures are DXT5. This repaint was tested FSX-SE. It should work on FSX & P3D v1-3. Air Zaire operated 2 DC-8-63s. This aircraft, 9Q-CLG was previously with Air Congo and transferred to Air Zaire in 1971. It provided good service for the airline until 1991 when it was sold to African Air Charter (AAC).

File Description:
This is a repaint of Alphasim's excellent T-28D. This texture represents a AT-28D, USAF 49-1543 assigned to the 606th Special Operations Squadron in 1967 at Nakon Phanom, Thailand. It was in 3 color green with black under surfaces and carried no national insignia. This is my second release of this scheme. It has been updated to more closely match the Federal Standard colors. THESE ARE TEXTURES ONLY! You need the ALPHASIM T-28 payware package. The textures will work in FS2004.

The airport is a public facility that has a single runway 4000 ft long. It's located 3 miles NE of Lewisport, Ky. The facility is listed as being owned by the Hancock County Airport Board. The plane uses 32-bit texture with alpha layer to make some high reflections on the fuselage. With reference to the photos of LAD, I have tried to make an exact configurations and position of window, cargo doors, and hand-painted dirt. Cathay Pacific (B-LAD) is a type Airbus A330-343X. This is a repaint of the DHC-6 Twin Otter in Ethiopian Airlines colors. The freeware DHC-6 Twin Otter by Premier Aircraft Design (PAD) is needed for this repaint. During the mid 1980s Ethiopian took delivery of 6 DHC-6-300 Twin Otters. This repaint of ET-AIX was delivered new in February 1987 and eventually passed over to the Ethiopian Air Force in December 2011. Textures are 32bit dds.This repaint was tested on FSX-SE. It should work on FSX & P3D v1-3.

This is a repaint of the 707-365C in Airlift International colors. The payware 707-300C by Captain Sim is needed for this repaint. Airlift International operated 4 707-300Cs from 1967 to 1971. One of those was leased, with the other three purchased by Airlift. N739AL served with the airline from 1968 to 1971 when it was leased and eventually purchased by Aerolineas Argentinas. This repaint was tested on FSX-SE. It should work on FSX & P3D v1-3. Textures are DXT5 dds.
