Bagdogra Airport, (IATA: IXB, ICAO: VEBD) is an international airport located in about 16 km (9.9 mi) west of the cities of Siliguri, 52 km (32 mi) away from Jalpaiguri and 65 km (40 mi) away from Darjeeling, the cities which the airport mainly serves, at Bagdogra in Darjeeling district in northern West Bengal, India. To 3 AD 11/11/66 to be held pending inspection. According to RAAF status card it was due to be converted to componants 20/12/66. This folder contains a repaint for version 3.14 of the Douglas C-47 by Manfred Jahn and colleagues in the colors of C-47B 79001 of the Swedish Air Force that was at the start of the Catalina affair (Swedish: Catalinaaffären), a military confrontation and Cold War-era diplomatic crisis in June 1952, in which Soviet fighter jets shot down two Swedish aircraft over international waters in the Baltic Sea. The first aircraft to be shot down was an unarmed Swedish Air Force Tp 79, a derivative of the Douglas DC-3, carrying out radio and radar signals intelligence-gathering for the National Defence Radio Establishment. None of the crew of eight was rescued. The second aircraft to be shot down was a Swedish Air Force Tp 47, a Catalina flying boat, involved in the search and rescue operation for the missing DC-3. The Catalina's crew of five was saved. The Soviet Union publicly denied involvement until its dissolution in 1991. The aircraft was manufactured in 1943 with original US serial number 42-5694, and was delivered to USAAF 15th Troop Carrier Squadron (61st Troop Carrier Group). It saw action in northern Africa before being stationed at RAF Barkston Heath. On June 13, 1952, it disappeared east of the isle of Gotska Sandön while carrying out signals intelligence-gathering operations for the Swedish National Defence Radio Establishment. Both aircraft were located in 2003, and the DC-3 was salvaged, and the wreckage is currently on display in the Swedish Air Force Museum near Linköping. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom for Manfred Jahn's C-47 version 3.14, based on the paintkit by Gman5250.

This is a repaint of the HS-748 Srs2A in Zambia Airways 1980 colors. The freeware HS-748 by Rick Piper is needed for this repaint. This is a repaint of 9J-ABW in the final livery of Zambia Airways. It was purchased in 1970 and after its retirement in 1989 it was sold to Norbail-Heliglobe Finet France C. Textures are 1024 32bit dds. This repaint was tested on FSX-SE. It should work on FSX & P3D v1-3.

This is a repaint of the Douglas DC-7C in Overseas National Airways - ONA 1966 colors. The freeware CalClassic DC-7C model by Greg Pepper and Tom Gibson is needed for this repaint. This DC-7C was painted in the new dark blue colors of ONA. It was an ex Pan American aircraft which ONA purchased in April 1966 and was utilized until 1967. Textures are 32bit bmp.This repaint was tested on FSX-SE and should work on FSX, P3D v1-3, & FS2004.

This is a repaint of the DC-9-32F in Overseas National Airways - ONA 1975 colors. The payware DC-9-30 by Sky Simulations is needed for this repaint. ONA operated 9 DC-9s over the years. This DC-9-32F (N938F) was bought from Alitalia in 1972 by ONA. It completed 4 years service before being sold to Evergreen International Airlines in 1976. Textures are DXT5. This repaint was tested on FSX-SE. It should work on FSX & P3D v1-3.

This is a repaint of the HS-748 Series 2A in Trinidad and Tobago Air Services - TTAS 1980 colors. The freeware Hawker Siddeley HS-748 by Rick Piper is needed for this repaint. The more modern turboprop HS-748s replaced the DC-6Bs on all TTAS routes by 1978. They were consequently all absorbed by BWIA, after the merger with TTAS in 1980. Textures are 32bit bmp. This repaint was tested on FSX-SE. It should work on FSX & P3D v1-3.

This is a repaint of the DC-8-63CF in Seaboard World 1976 colors. The payware JustFlight DC-8-50--70 pack is needed for this repaint. Seaboard World received their first DC-8-63CF in June 1968. At that time it was the world's biggest airliner. Seaboard ordered 12 of the type. N8639 was delivered new to Seaboard World in August 1968. This repaint was tested on FSX-SE. It should work on FSX & P3D v1-3. Textures are DXT5 dds.

Also included in this update is the Costinesti Airfield located right near the edge of the Black Sea, south of Schitu village. The airport ICAO code is RO12 and in real life it is used for Ultralights and small GA airplanes. There are 3 hangars where you can start the flight from and you have one big grass runway.

Beside 3 different types of flight plans (native FS9, PMDG and ProFlight Emulator) the packages also contains the real world timetables for the flights.
