File Description:
Seiser Alm, is the largest high altitude Alpine meadow in Europe. Located in Italy's South Tyrol province in the Dolomites mountain range, it is a major tourist attraction, known for skiing and hiking.
This is a simple fun creation of a real world R/C sailplane and Para gliding site in the Italian Dolomites. There is no airport, no flatten so you must exercise caution when landing a STOL aircraft or sailplane. I have landed many types here including sailplanes and the FSDS Porter as well as a Cessna 185. The nearest real world airport is LIPD Bolzano. There are two landing areas represented one high is the actual site where R/C sailplanes with wingspans of up to 10 meters are launched into the air, as well as paragliders. .The lower field is a bonus area with a nice flat area for easier landings and take offs. It is the real world site of a famous ski lodge and resort.(look for the Chalet!)

File Description:
YCRW Crawley Bay USAF Catalina Base - QANTAS base (Historic 1942). This location was where the famous double sunrise flights left for Lake Koggala in Sri Lanka (Ceylon) between 1943 and 1946. Suited to Rick Stone's PBY5A Catalina. The USAF used the north side of the point and QANTAS used what is now the boat ramp at Nedlands. Remember, Perth was only about two or three stories high in those days so for a realistic enactment, totally overload the aircraft (towards the front) and just point between the buildings until you gain some height. To cover the distance, cruise at about 110kts and 500 feet. Don't forget the passengers stand at the front on takeoff and can be seated after you are in the air. In November 1966 the Dutch charter operator Transavia Holland started its activities with 2 Douglas DC-6 and 1 Douglas DC-6B aircraft. Despite stiff competition from KLM and Martinair Holland, Transavia was able to conquer a considerable part of the charter and inclusive tours market and expanded its fleet with a several more DC-6B's. In 1968 Transavia became involved in the relief airlift from Sao Tome to Biafra using its fleet of DC-6's. The next year the DC-6's were sold to Flughjalp who continued flying the Biafra missions till January 1970. Featured here are DC-6 PH-TRA (1966 livery) and DC-6 PH-TRB (1968 livery). Today Transavia is a major Dutch low cost and charter airline (owned by Air France-KLM) operating Boeing 737-700 and 737-800 aircraft. These are textures only. You will require Jens B. Kristensen's FSX Douglas DC-6 (dc6_v20x.zip). Original textures by Jens B. Kristensen. Repaints by Maarten Brouwer.

This is a fictitous scenery of the Alaska State University operated North-Western observatories.
It is located near LSR_Lost River and AK45_Lost River_2 on the Western coast of Alaska.
LSR, AK45 and KPC_Port Clarence have been upgraded with hangers and various objects.
LSR, AK45 and the (2) mountain top observatories have been upgraded with helipads along with various ground vehicles including snocats, aircraft, misc buildings and hangers. The main observatory complex has a main rooftop pad and a heli-tower. These helipads were designed for heli practice. some are on the ground and others are a bit more challenging.
There is a map included which shows the locations of the observatory complexes in relation to the airports. There is also a small research facility located to the east which is indicated on the map. This fictional scenery was design with default FSX 3D objects and (1) addon library, fa_ez-arctic_set by Finney Air, Robert Finnegan.

| Hamburg International (Kosova Airlines) Boeing 737-700 |

Hamburg International (Kosova Airlines) repaint for the PMDG 737-700NGX. Kosova Airlines was founded in 2003 by the United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo (UNMIK) and the Kosovo Government. Currently it operates no aircraft, but works with other airlines to link the capital Pristina to major European cities. This aircraft, MSN29079 was bought by Pegasus Aviation Finance Company in February 1999 and leased to Israir Airlines. Between December 2000 and March 2003 it operated for SunExpress and was then leased to Hamburg International. From late 2003 to Spring 2006 it was wet-leased to Kosova Airlines, with a modified livery at the tail and "Kosova Airlines" added at the front of the aircraft. In February 2008 it was sold to the Pembroke Group and leased to Sterling European. After Sterling's bankruptcy and sale it flew for Cimber Air in Denmark until Cimber too filed bankruptcy in spring 2012. It is currently stored at Shannon airport (EINN) in Ireland.

File Description:
This is a fix to the original mission. In the original one I used a scenery object (tent) that is a non "stock" FSX tent. Since most end users don't have that tent, the mission will fail entirely. This fixed version has been tested in a clean FSX install, and works as intended...now with a stock FSX tent. Please uninstall the original mission (if you installed it) and use this one. Sorry for the inconvenience. If this is the first time you are downloading this, it should work just fine. So here's the description again:
Finally! Biggles and Co. (Algy, Bertie, and Ginger) fly the skies of FSX. Their boss, Col. Raymond, has disappeared while visiting the Interpol Air Operations hangar in Aden. They fear he has been kidnapped. They must find him! Their French counterpart, Marcel Brissac is there to assist them. Perils await, including ruthless tent-dwellers, and frightful haboobs.

This was requested by Ahmed Fouad on Facebook.
The engine spiral for this livery is surprisingly unusual, like some sort of hybrid combination of the Hurricane Spiral and Comma Spiral. I think this is just a subgenre of the hurricane spiral with a different type of hurricane displayed there, but it just reminds me of the comma spiral with the black and white swapped out, like what you see on some Iran Air A300s.
Working on this livery for this model is quite tricky, as the engine pylons texture uses the same side for all sides. Inside the engine pilons texture ("all_engines.t" and "all_engines.l"), there is 2 pylons painted top and bottom. But the model only uses the lower pylon for both sides in both pylons, leaving the other upper one in the dust.

NpC4FSX&P3D (NumberPadControl for FSX and P3D) is a more efficient (and more convenient to set up)
version of a similar NpC program that I wrote a few years ago and which to
my surprise PC Pilot magazine included on their 100th Anniversary edition Freeware CD. With
NpC4FSX&P3D you assign keys to functions like Com, Nav, Heading, Course, Altitude, VS,
Autopilot functions, etc., and then can enter the associated values (like frequencies or headings) just by typing on the
keyboard’s numberpad instead of fiddling with elusive mouse click spots. NpC4FSX&P3D is
programmed primarily for aircraft with avionics that were developed within standard FSX
programming guidelines but also supports third party add-
on aircraft such as the Flysimware L35A and MU2, PMDG 737NGX / B777, Flight1 King Air
B200, A2A Cherokee 180, and also works with GPS units like the GTN750. Setup manual included.
A registered (payware) copy of FSUIPC is required.

This airport update was made with the latest version of ADE (Airport Design Editor) and made for FSX as a replacement for the stock (default) airport. I've made several changes to the airport which are listed below. All these enchancements are as close to the real airport as I can get with stock library objects. I've used satellite images, terminal photos and maps throughout the whole process so building locations are as accurate as possible. Happy landings in Belize, scuba diving heaven!

This is a repaint of a Boeing 777-200ER, registration code VQ-BNU, operated by Orenburg Airlines, based in Orenburg, Russia, flying 12 domestic and international destinations. Orenair operates one Boeing 777-200ER.
