All pilots have used or heard the word "Quebec" during their radio communication but not many pilots actually landed at Quebec International airport (CYQB). A great number of Head of States, VIPs, tourists came to Quebec City for summits, special occasions or to visit the city declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1985. Quebec airport is also hosting a great airshow and this year in June, to celebrate the 400th anniversary of Quebec City, five of the world best aerobatic squadrons will perform simultaneously over Quebec: the British "Red Arrows", the French "La Patrouille de France", the US Navy "Blue Angels", the USAF "Thunderbirds" and the Canadian "Snowbirds". It will be quite a sight.
This very accurate scenery will give you the opportunity to visit CYQB with your simulator. Months of effort were devoted to make this scenery as real as possible. This package includes more that 25 highly detailed hangars and buildings all having night textures, some of them have windows with specular effect. Light poles provide aprons lighting. The adjacent mount Belair have communication towers with strobe lights visible for over 12nm which provides a good visual reference coming into the airport. Exceltech, a maintenance facility has static aircrafts parked in front. A second publication will include the new terminal which is presently under construction.

I designed this for myself to darken the default User Interface for 2 reasons. I have bad eyes that are sensitive to bright objects on the screen, and I like to fly the simulator in the evening hours with the lights turned off in the room. I hope you like my end result. I also added 2 bonus features. Instead of hearing the Windows/Internet Explorer click sound when you mouse click on a menu item, you now will hear the "Fasten Seatbelts" sound effect. Be sure to back up the original sound "checkc" in case you find the new sound annoying. Secondly, I have included 4 optional Aircraft Viewer images that give the selected aircraft a more airborne look. I will make switching these simple by adding them to the Generic Mod Enabler(JSGME) that I will include in the download. The look is created using Diamond Plate and Polished Aluminum textures, and modifying the buttons with some more color. This is Freeware, and I am giving permission to anyone that wants to create their own and upload to any site they wish. I do not wish that you have to mention my name in any credits.

File Description:
Located 04 miles S of Freehold, New Jersey, Ekdahl Airport is a private turf strip 1300' in length bordered closely by trees. This makes for an interesting landing as the 90' width of the runway is all the room you have to play with. However because it can be difficult to gauge your distance to trees and also because even the slightest brush with a tree can cause a crash, all trees immediately adjacent to the runway have crash disabled - mainly so you can turn your plane around if you land on Runway 02. The hard surface runway was removed so make sure your terrain mesh complexity is set as high as possible to get that bumpy ground realism. A windsock is listed as being available on this field but I could not locate it in any imagery and so placed it by default near the hangar building. You can start on the runways or parked in front of the hangar. Make sure your plane is capable of these take off and landing distances! Tree height around the field was not listed so I again used my best judgement from studying aerial photos. There is no fuel or parking for transient aircraft available. The field is not lit - daytime VFR operations only are recommended.
Scenery constructed with use of satellite images/streetview/aerial photos - the author has not been there in person.
This scenery is meant to be used in conjunction with MegaScenery Earth New Jersey/Delaware 002. It is not required, but apron use is minimized to allow satellite scenery to show through as much as possible, and objects are placed based on the MSE textures - lack of it may make scenery look out of place.

YTTI Troughton Island - ShoreAir operates Troughton Island airstrip as an alternate to Mungalalu-Truscott. It has a 980m x 30m unsealed runway. Troughton Island sits 6 metres above sea level on a natural reef. Troughton is managed by two people who spend one month at a time on the island. During that time they are almost completely isolated from the outside world. Although they are isolated they are not alone; previous occupants of the island brought in quails and children's pythons that were once pets that escaped their cages during a cyclone. Now there is a healthy population of snakes living off the quails. Today Troughton Island is maintained as an emergency landing area for aircraft that are unable to reach Truscott. It also serves as a landing area if Truscott is inaccessible due to weather conditions. The Bureau of Meteorology has a weather station on Troughton island. Mungalalu-Truscott aerodrome supports all the FPSO (floating production storage and offloading facility) operations in the WA and NT waters of the Timor Sea, while the alternate aerodrome at Troughton Island is 20 nautical miles north of the main air route to Timor Sea facilities. Braniff International Airways Timetable, Effective date 01 August, 1965. This timetable represents Braniff's transition into the "End of the Plain Plane" marketing campaign (frequently referred to as the "Jellybean" planes) beginning in late 1965 - early 1966. It also is one of the first to introduce the BAC One Eleven to the schedule. File includes original advertisements, complete route map, and a Word-formatted copy of the timetable by flight number (there is some duplication due to the formatting of the original timetable - please read the enclosed documentation carefully). Also included are the Interchange schedules for Eastern, Continental, and Pan Am.

File Description:
Belgian Air Force 31st Squadron was activated at Beauvechain airbase on 1 October 1951. Already that same year the unit moves to Chièvres airbase to become part of the newly created 10th Fighter Wing, together with 23 and 27 Squadrons. At Chièvres the squadron flew Supermarine Spitfire F.14's, but already on 7 July 1952 the last flight on this type was registered.
SG 103 was delivered to 31 Sqn/10 Wing with identification "8S-E" on 12 mar 52, only four months before disbanding.
This repaint is for RealAir Spitfire mk XIV 2007 (FSX).

This file replaces the generic FSX representation of City Place Tower in Dallas, TX with a much more accurate model. City Place Tower is the tallest building in Dallas outside of the immediate downtown area and is situated almost directly under the flight path of runway 31R/13L of Dallas Love Field. Gmax model featuring reflective day textures, beautiful night textures and four LODs, so it should be frame-rate friendly.

FSX and FS2004 Canadair Argonaut & North Star, Ver 2.1. The Argonaut and the North Star were Merlin-engined version of the Douglas DC-4. A total of 71 were produced by Canadair. In Canada it was called the North Star and was used by airlines and the RCAF. 22 Argonauts were delivered to BOAC 1949-1950, and they later had long careers with other operators like British Midland and charter companies.
