Repaint by Jan Kees Blom for Manfred Jahn's C-47 version 3.14, based on the paintkit by Gman5250.

This folder contains a repaint for version 3.14 of the Douglas C-47 by Manfred Jahn and colleagues in the colors of C-47A 42-100721 'the Hiawatha', which carried the call sign VH-CFQ when flying for the 41st TCS/317th TCG in New Guinea in early 1944. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom for Manfred Jahn's C-47 version 3.14, based on the paintkit by Gman5250.

File Description:
This is a repaint of the Beechcraft D18S originally produced by Milton Shupe and Scott Thomas, adapted for FSX by David Caroll (B18DC05.ZIP). This SNB-5 was received by the French Navy on 18 June 1953. It is shown in the later markings of Escadrille 55S that was then stationed in Aspretto, Corsica. Characteristic of this period are the huge wing roundels and serial number.

It is flown by Training Squadron VT-35 Stingrays of Training Air Wing 4 at Naval Air Station Corpus Christi. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the blank textures by Carenado.

This folder contains a repaint for the Saab Safir by Sibwings. It shows Dutch-built Saab 91C Safir VH-BHG (c/n 91-276). This Safir was the former VH-RHG, VH-AHA, VH-BQK and the only Safir ever imported into Australia. It is based in Victoria, and is currently undergoing restoration. This repaint is by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit supplied by SibWings.

The HP81 Hermes was a British airliner from 1948, used by BOAC for its African routes in the early 1950s, and then by various charter companies for the next 10 years. It bore the name 'Mountains o'Mourne - Belfast Telegraph Readers, as it was one of 15 Spitfires paid for by the readers of that newspaper.
