Catalpa Resources Ltd Edna May Mine Operations boasts an impressive forward sold position of 352,316 ounces of gold at A$1,557.50 per ounce. At a hedge book weighted average gold price of A$1,400 per ounce Catalpa expects to realise an average cash operating margin of A$72 million per annum. Westonia "Airport" is a spartan sand strip with a windsock and no cones, visited by the RFDS monthly and used by one or two locals. File Description:
A delighful small airport approximately 80 nautical miles from Coffs Harbour and a slightly shorter distance to Ballina and Lismore. This makes a good stopover for hopping down the east coast of Australia.
The size of the airport has allowed me to put in that extra detail which makes to terminal and surrounds very much "as in real life". Photographic textures are used for the background blended into the Winter and Spring seasons.

This texture is designed as a replacement for the prop spin effect texture used by this aircraft. This is meant to fix (to the best possible effect using a texture) the lack of transparency on the prop blades, as well as trying to give them more of a "spinning" look to them. You MUST have the Fairchild C123B SCA Air Cargo N402GB (Filename: sca_c123b_v2.zip) already downloaded and installed to use this fix.

Hobo's Dog House is located on Hidden Inlet, Alaska. just off the Portland Canal which is the divider between Canada and Alaska. It's also just 10 miles south of The Raptors Roost. There is only a water runway. This scenery has sounds. A good many of the objects are from the Acceleration library. If thats not installed they wont show.

This is a repaint only for the stock FSX Mooney Bravo with the G1000. This is a real world repaint of N178TN which I flew in September of 2008. These are high resolution DDS textures and will only work in the FSX Deluxe Sim Gamepack. File Description:
Here is an improved version of the stock Merritt Field. This is a private field located in the Endless
Mountains region of Pennsylvania. It was a grass strip in FSX and also in real life until recently when it
was paved. Like most small strips there was nothing at all there in FSX, so I added the apron, the hangars,
a fuel station, some static vehicles and airplanes, a flag, and paved the runway.
