YWWI Woodie Woodie Manganese Mine - Pilbara Manganese, a wholly owned subsidiary of Consolidated Minerals (Consmin), operates the Woodie Woodie mine, which produces high-grade manganese ore of superior quality. The ore is sold to the international steel industry. Production in 2010 was 1,238,000t @ 46.2% Mn, with a capacity of 2.5mtpa of high grade lump and fines. The high-grade lump produced by the mine is an ideal blending material with high manganese and is very low in phosphorus. Furthermore, the lump is hard, has very low degradation and high thermal stability. The mine has a 100.5km2 mining corridor and approximately 5,500km2 of greenfield areas outside this corridor. Multiple open pits are in operation and owner mining of ore is used to promote selectivity and to minimise dilution. The mine also employs contract mining of waste to promote efficient bulk mining practices. The mineral processing techniques include crushing, screening and heavy media separation. Woodie Woodie has a new camp and an all-weather air-strip constructed in 2009, suitable for large aircrafts. Ore is trucked to Port Hedland for shipment. | Hawes Aerial Operations Facility |

Hawes Aerial Operations Facility is a reimagined version of an abandoned World War II auxiliary airstrip formerly known as Hawes AAF Aux #1. It was built in the mojave desert, just east of Edwards AFB (then Muroc AAF) during WWII as one of 4 satellite fields for Victorville AAF. After the war, Hawes as used as a private civilian airfield until it's closure in the early 1960's. It is now reborn in FSX as a UAV base by Nevada Systems. Due to it's location in the Mojave desert and the presence of many thermals in FSX, it was also used in production of the Aeroworks ARX-1 civilian glider concept. This scenery uses many custom macros as well as default macros from the Acceleration Expansion Pack, which is required for best performance. Scenery and custom macros by Joshua B. Nyhus and Jason L. TEXTURES ONLY, for the outstanding ALPHASIM Texan/Harvard T-6. A repaint of a target tug (registration 7166) for the South African Airforce. This plane is now registered privately: ZU-AOZ. Repaint by Eberhard Haberkorn. © AlphaSim 2007. The North American T-6 Texan was an excellent design that served as a basic transitional combat trainer in all branches of U.S. service as well as in countries worldwide. Approximately 17,000 of the type were built and some 350 are still airworthy. Some 30 remain in South Africa and the heritage lives on with the Harvard Club of South Africa which maintains ten Harvards. The aircraft serial numbers are 7024, 7028 (AOS), 7059, 7152 (AOP), 7156 , 7166 (AOZ), 7306, 7592, 7643 (AOX), 7661.

File Description:
Pack that contains thumbnail images of all the stock library objects in FSX. Intended for use with Airport Design Editor but can also be used with other tools. (This is a re-upload of a file lost or corrupted from the library)
This is yet another collection of library object thumbnail images for FSX. It is however probably the most complete. The thumbnails are made using Instant Scenery of all the stock library objects found in FSX. It includes the objects found in OBX files as well as local specific files and general object files. There are a few where the thumbnail did not work however. Can be used with Instant Scenery or Airport Design Editor (version 1.30 onwards).

This is a repaint of the POSKY CRJ-700 v3 in Delta Connection Comair 2004 circa colors.The repaint includes a photorealistic tail, winglet reflections, minor dirt marks and detailed warning labels. Comair is a wholly owned subsidiary of Delta Air Lines based in Erlanger, Kentucky, USA, a city near the Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky International Airport, which serves Cincinnati, Ohio. Comair is one of the world's largest regional airlines and, with over $1 billion in annual revenue, would be considered a major airline carrier except for the fact that its aircraft seat less than 100 people. Operating under the brand name Delta Connection, Comair operates passenger services to a large number of destinations in the USA, Canada, Mexico and the Bahamas.
