File Description:
This folder contains a repaint for the A2A/Shockwave World War II Fighters P-47D Thunderbolt, representing 42-27978, an aircraft that flew with the 316th FS/ 324th FG. This aircraft was damaged badly on 9 march 1945, when Harry Herschberger was forced to make a belly landing at Avricourt after an engine fire. Repaint for FSX & FS9 by Jan Kees Blom, based on a repaint kit by John Terrell.

File Description:
Jake, the Bold Airport (Alaska) manager just got a CB call from Bill Bunyan, master sasquatch tracker. Bill has hurt his right ankle quite seriously, and needs to by picked up by someone with a ski-equipped airplane. Your Maule is just such a plane. Bill isn't quite sure exactly where he is, but does know he's not too far from Bold Ridge. So you have one waypoint to work with. After that it's up to you. To help, Bill is burning a campfire. He says it's fairly flat at his location, but to watch out for bushes, small trees, and grizzly bears. As an experienced mountain flyer, you know that such rescues benefit from getting as much altitude as the weather allows, before getting into the mountains. Bill thinks he's in an area that's 4000 or more feet ASL, but it's snowing heavily. Don't forget to lower your skis before landing at Bill's location, and to raise them before landing back at the Airport.

YTTI Troughton Island - ShoreAir operates Troughton Island airstrip as an alternate to Mungalalu-Truscott. It has a 980m x 30m unsealed runway. Troughton Island sits 6 metres above sea level on a natural reef. Troughton is managed by two people who spend one month at a time on the island. During that time they are almost completely isolated from the outside world. Although they are isolated they are not alone; previous occupants of the island brought in quails and children's pythons that were once pets that escaped their cages during a cyclone. Now there is a healthy population of snakes living off the quails. Today Troughton Island is maintained as an emergency landing area for aircraft that are unable to reach Truscott. It also serves as a landing area if Truscott is inaccessible due to weather conditions. The Bureau of Meteorology has a weather station on Troughton island. Mungalalu-Truscott aerodrome supports all the FPSO (floating production storage and offloading facility) operations in the WA and NT waters of the Timor Sea, while the alternate aerodrome at Troughton Island is 20 nautical miles north of the main air route to Timor Sea facilities. Royal Air Force Condover was a former Royal Air Force Flying Training Command airfield and air navigation training establishment between August 1942 and June 1945, unusually for both fighter and bomber crews at different times
Condover was used to train fighter pilots by the RAF and the USAAF as well as pilots and air navigators from Australia, South Africa and Canada.

File Description:
This folder contains a repaint for The Boeing KC-97 by Manfred Jahn and team. It shows Boeing YC-97A Stratofreighter 45-9595, the only C-97 that flew with the Berlin Airlift during April 1949, operating for the 1st Strategic Support Squadron. It suffered a landing gear problem, and by the time it was fixed, the soviet blockade was lifted. Paint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the paintkit by Manfred Jahn and team.

Super-realistic set of the good ol' JT8D PW engines fitted on the MD-80. I think some of you will find the interior on this weird as you can't hear anything execpt the idle mixed with cockpit environment. Well..that how it sounds from the flightdeck. Works very well with the LeonardoSH Maddog, and will probably work with the CoolSky version as well.

File Description:
Nestled in deep wilderness at the base of the Cascade Mountains, Hope sits on a wide sweeping curve of the Fraser River. Fly north of Hope and follow the Fraser River through the Fraser Canyon. Fly west through the pass to Harrison Hot Springs. This scenery was compiled from satellite images and photographs of the area. Acreages north of the field have been re-done. The lumber operation to the northeast is all new. All scenery objects are sourced from FSX Deluxe. Incidentally, Hope is the longest grass airstrip in Canada. You have a lot of room for a soft landing. VANCOUVER PLUS is required for this scenery to work.
