Ireland VFR Small Airports Landclass Files Update.
This scenery update is a set of landclass files for my following airports
EIKN Knock, EISG Sligo, EICM Galway, Connemara and Aran Islands and Ireland VFR Small Airports part 1. The files have been designed for users of the airports with FSX default scenery and hopefully should remove any errant FSX trees from the runway. The scenery has been tested with default scenery only and does not apply to users of photographic scenery.
Simply drop each file into your appropriate Airport scenery folder.

File Description:
Old USMC flight training base. Last runway closed in 1956. Now it's one USMC base with name Bellows AFS (Air Force Station), the 298th Regiment, Multi-Functional Training Unit (MFTU), Regional Training Institute (RTI). And one recreational center or soldiers.
I have make a fictional airport with 8 GA Small, 3 GA Medium, 2 GA Large, 2 Cargo, 2 helipads, 3 runway (1 for ultralight), NDB, VOR/DME, ILS. It's a version 2 with one other control tower, the beacon repositioned and one new AI trafic. Built with ADE. By Jean-Jacques Parel

File Description:
This software package contains the latest version of Tallinn airport with new taxiways, extended runway (3490 m), new TWR frequency (135.900 MHz) and surrounding obstacles. It is backward compatible with FSX SP2. The scenery was highly optimized to allow all-weather operations. NAV data including SIDs/STARs, waypoints and RNAV routes within Tallinn FIR are up to date (AIRAC effective date 3 AUG 2017). Real NAV charts were helpfully provided by the Estonian ANS (EANS).
Weather Explorer is a stand-alone program requiring Microsoft .NET Framework 4.7 or later.

YMDN Merredin Town and Airfield - includes townsite landclass. Merredin, a town better known for its wheat and sheep exports. But for almost a decade, it's where one of Asia's busiest carriers, China Southern Airlines, has been sending its trainee pilots to learn how to fly. "They come from a country with a population of more than a billion people. Right now they live in Merredin - population, depending on who's visiting, around 2,000. For nine years now, they and hundreds like them have travelled to WA's empty, sprawling Wheatbelt to learn how to fly. The middle of the Wheatbelt is not the first place you'd look for the future of Chinese commercial aviation. But before these fledgling flyers can spread their wings with China's largest airline, they must pass six months of boot camp in Merredin. Most of them are from China's southern provinces. Their backgrounds are varied. For many of them, it's the first time that they've operated some form of machinery, which includes those students that haven't even had an exposure to driving a motor car. It's early days in their careers. The students are putting in the groundwork. First, mastering the art of piloting single-engine two-seater planes. It's all preparation for the Boeings and airbuses they'll eventually be flying on major international routes. The pressure is intense. Every aspect of the student's progress is measured. Failure can have serious implications for their hopes of becoming commercial pilots. It's part theory and part practical. But flying isn't the only thing that these young men have to get used to in Merredin. For one, there's the incredibly slow pace of country life. This is a repaint of the DC-3 in TAI (Transports Aeriens Intercontinentaux) colors. The freeware DC-3/C-47 v3 by Manfred Jahn is needed for this repaint. In 1946 the French government allowed the creation of some independent air carriers. On June 1 of that year TAI (Transports Aeriens Internationaux) was formed, and was based in Orly, France. Flights began on July 1, with a Junkers Ju-52. The following year they purchased 7 ex KLM DC-4s, along with 3 Bristol 170 freighters. In 1954 DC-6Bs started to replace the DC-4s. Their route network serviced mainly Africa, the Far East, the French Pacific territories, and Australasia. Prior to 1956 their network wa mainly in Africa, and Asia. On May 6, 1960, a partnership was formed with Air France, whereby TAI flew the South Pacific leg of the state carrier’s around the world service via New Caledonia and Tahiti. Later, on September 4 1960, TAI began a Douglas DC-8-32 service from Paris to Darwin via Athens, Teheran, Karachi, Bangkok, Phnom Penh, and Saigon, and on September 12, it inaugurated a route from Sydney to Los Angeles via Noumea, Nandi, Papeete, and Honolulu with the DC-8. On September 14 1961, TAI agreed, in principle, to a future merger with Union Aeromaritime de Transport (UAT). The two airlines integrated their schedules in 1962 and the amalgamation of TAI and UAT was completed on October 1, 1963, resulting in a new airline: UTA (Union de Transports Aeriens). This DC-3, F-BGXN, flew for TAI from 1956 to 1959. Textures are DXT5. This repaint was tested on FSX-SE and should work on FSX & P3D v1-3.

This is a version for FSX of the Merrill Field made by Roger Wensley (me) for FS9, converted by John B Loney jnr. "PAMR read this first" explains this but I have modified John's original procedure, and instead of first installing the Merrill Field original plus two updates I have included here the current FS9 version as installed on my computer. Note that to see the apron lighting working in FS9 it was necessary to have Sidney Schwartz's light library installed, along with his updated textures (to avoid severe blurries caused by a faulty texture). The original installation instructions are included giving file library priorities etc. Just ignore the bits that do not apply, such as installing AI that is not included. I have of course omitted the original AI as this is replaced by John's version. I have no comment to make on installing in FSX as I have not done so, and I have not tested it in FSX. If you have comments or questions I will respond as much as I am able. Merrill Field is in Anchorage Alaska, between Anchorage International to the southwest and and Elmendorf Air Force Base to the north. It caters for general aviation and is the land equivalent of the Lake Hood float plane base, with fuel and numerous maintenance facilities, and several hundred parking spots for small planes. There are three runways, and the longest is 4,000 feet of 100 feet wide asphalt, the second 2,635 feet of asphalt 75 feet wide, and the third 2,000 feet of 60 feet wide gravel. The first two have runway lights. It is a controlled airfield with a relatively new control tower to cater for the numerous flights and to coordinate with Elmensdorf and Anchorage International, the latter also controlling flights from Lake Hood and the adjacent gravel strip Z41. (See my Lake Hood scenery). The gravel runway at Merrill Field is not connected with active taxiways to the rest of the airfield; this avoids you being ordered to land on it when flying a plane too large to do so.

File Description:
This is a fully functional, limited feature version of 'Real New Zealand' Rotorua updated for FSX. It differs from the full version in that it doesn't include the accurate, photoreal model of Rotorua Regional Airport, and the aerial ground textures are compressed to a greater degree to reduce the file size.
However it does include 30 x 50 kilometres of aerial photo scenery at 2.5 metres per pixel, and an accurate 'Volcanic Air Safaris' waterfront seaplane base. Those who already own 'Real New Zealand' Rotorua for FS2004 are entitled to a free FSX update via the Windowlight website.

At 6:30 AM a twin engine Embraer 120 took off from Tocumen Airport (MPTO) in Panama Ciy, Rep of Panama with you as Pilot in Command and Gina Tuki as your co-pilot.....12 Passengers
boarded and visiting pilot May Sitton closed the door as everyone was seated.
Twenty two minutes into the flight, from Panama City to David, two men came into the cabin with guns wearing masks
and said to you "Ok chump Piloto, this plane is ours now, follow instructions to the letter and everyone will be fine".....OH OH!!!!---your flight has been kidnapped.
