File Description:
This airport update was made with the latest version of ADE (Airport Design Editor) and made for FSX as a replacement for the stock (default) airport. I've made several changes to the airport which are listed below. All these enchancements are as close to the real airport as I can get with stock library objects. I've used satellite images, terminal photos and maps throughout the whole process so building locations are as accurate as possible. Happy landings in the beautiful Canada!

FSX Scenery--Death Valley. This scenery covers several areas of Death Valley National Park (CA). See the World's lowest golf coarse at Furnace Creek Ranch, the moving rocks at the RaceTrack, Scotty's Castle, Panamint Spring, and Stovepipe Wells. Custom designed buildings with photorealistic textures, night textures, and satellite image for the grounds. This scenery has been tested on FSX Gold Edition (FSX Deluxe and Acceleration Expansion Pack), FSGenesis 9.6 terrain mesh, and Win7 operating system. FSX Scenery - Half Moon Bay Airport (IATA: HAF, ICAO: KHAF, FAA LID: HAF) is a county-owned public use airport in San Mateo County, California, United States. It is located five nautical miles (9 km) northwest of the central business district of Half Moon Bay, California. The airport is on the Pacific Coast, south of San Francisco. The Half Moon Bay Airport is located approximately 20 miles south of San Francisco. It was constructed by the California State Highway Department for the U.S. Army in 1942 as an auxiliary airfield for Salinas Army Air Base. Following the end of World War II, San Mateo County acquired the airport from the Navy in 1947. The airport has served a variety of roles over the years and is currently an important business, transportation and emergency service asset to the community. For your flying pleasure by John B. File Description:
Here is an improved version of the stock Watertown International Airport. Most default buildings were
replaced and other buildings added. I adjusted an apron to clear the road, and added other aprons,
roads, and taxiways. Also added paved and gravel parking lots, static vehicles, aircraft, lightpoles, etc.
I assigned gates to Cape Air which flies from Watertown to Albany, NY. The airport is located on
Lake Ontario.

This airport update was made with the latest version of ADE (Airport Design Editor) and made for FSX as a replacement for the stock (default) airport. I found that most stock airports in FSX lack a decent amount of character and realism and I've tried to fix that a little bit. This airport in particular had no commercial aircraft parking at all. I have also added the missing main terminal building with gates including the two jetways the real CYQT has. A number of spots for general aviation aircraft has also been added. A few small touches like cars in the parking lot and some birds near the airport were added as well.
I hope to do a few more of these as time permits, hope you enjoy!

This is part of the sixth round of Afcads issued by Alpha India Group. AIG Ground aims to create high quality Afcads for both FS2004 and for FSX default and Add On Scenery airports. Our Afcads are created drawing on a number of resources and aim to simulate the real world airport as closely as possible but also to take account of FS constraints and to ensure good levels of traffic and realistic traffic parking and flow around the airport.
Please read and follow installation instructions in the Readme file carefully, as these do vary.
