| RCAF Mega Pack - CF-201A Kestrel |
|
Images related to this file:
File Description:
A "What if" repaints of Royal Canadian Air Force RAZBAM Convair CF-201A Kestrel operated by squadrons 409 and 410 Squadrons, under the umbrella of NORAD.
As the Kestrel is able to lift off within 1000 ft with a full missile load of 4xAIM-7 and 2xAIM-9.....it is really a true point defense interceptor.
For this repaint you need a legal copy of the RAZBAM F/A-201A Kestrel.

| NEW Realistic HUD for the FSX F/A-18 Hornet |
|
Images related to this file:
File Description:
A realistic head-up display (HUD) for the FSX Acceleration F/A-18 Hornet. The HUD is an enhanced version of the original HUD for the F/A-18 by Scott Printz. The original functionality Scott built into it is preserved, and the following new features are added: 1) Precise ILS and TACAN navigation for aircraft carriers (including moving carriers) that allow carrier landings in low visibility and at night. 2) The HUD symbology is conformal to the outside world: The horizon bar stays on the horizon, velocity vector shows actual flight path as read against the outside world (if you keep your vector pointed at a certain spot on the runway, this is exactly where you will land). 3) Caged mode with ghost vector for use in heavy side wind conditions. 4) Elements repositioned to make the HUD look as close as possible to the real Hornet HUD. By Jivko Rusev.

| Aerosoft F-16C LV 85-1501 926WG 'Felon' Splinter Repaint Textures |
|
Images related to this file:
File Description:
This is a repaint for the Aerosoft F-16, depicting Nellis AFB aircraft LV 85-1501 '926WG' of the 706th Aggressor Squadron, in the 'Felon' splinter paint scheme. This is the "Flagship Jet" for the newly formed 706th "Cajun Aggressors", and the splinter camo scheme mimics the Su-57 'Felon' aircraft.
To give the jet a "Hi-Def" look I first painted these textures in 2048 resolution, then reduced them to Aerosofts' native 1024 resolution, and saved them with DXT5. However, I left a couple textures/areas on the jet in 2048, that way the decals in those textures/areas look sharp and not pixilated. You'll also find textures and instrucions for repainted/upgraded weapon textures in both the INERT and LIVE colors!
I've included installation instructions for the CLEAN "C" model, but these textures can be used with ANY of the Aerosoft F-16 models (except the CFT model), so feel free to install/use them on those jets as well!
