AirEd152 Update

File Description:
AirEd(itor) has become one of the most versatile .air-file editors for MSFS 2000 up to 2004/FS9. For FS9 in particular the treatment of section [1101] has become pivotal for tuning the aerodynamics of FS9 aircraft. Yet, for many users the expert jargon remains obscure. Yahia now provides more information on [1101], making tuning easier to understand! References to the CFG file are made as well. Just right-click on an item in [1101] to see new amendments, test values and hints. Some divert from earlier insights or explain where things can go wrong. Also about taxiing are some new hints. AirEd now becomes an easy to understand "Must Have" for everybody interested in tuning FS9 aircraft.

RandomCockpitB747

File Description:
This program is written explicitly for PMDG's B747-400F, however I expect it will work with their plain B747-400 (however - at least as of now - you will probably miss a few items at the "Randomizer Settings"). With their B747-400 and later B747-400F, PMDG took a huge step toward making the experience of flying a B747-400 as real is possible; at least to the degree that is possible in the confined space of MSFS. There is room for little improvement, however there is a "littel room" still. Doing the preparation/initial check of the cockpit is normally a "dull no-brainer" since every knob is where you left it from your last flight (or at least as it was saved in the "Flight" and/or "Panel State"). Using this program you can randomize your cockpit, so you will have to pay attention to your preparation/initial check since you no longer knows the state of your cold and dark cockpit.

GaugeGlow v2.0

File Description:
GaugeGlow is an easy to use tool that allows you to quickly set or adjust an aircraft's 2D panel lighting and the luminous glow of your MS Flight Simulator aircraft's lumious instruments. The virtual cockpit (VC) lighting is controlled by gauge designer and aircraft modeller, and cannot be modified by GaugeGlow.

GaugeGlow gives you a WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) view of a sample aircraft panel & instrument with easy to use but sophisticated tools to discover the RGB lighting values to create the right lighting effect for your panel. Before GaugeGlow, a panel designer would have to "estimate" desired RGB values for lighting settings, modify configuration files, and then run Flight Simulator to see if they got it right. With GaugeGlow, you can select colors easily with slider controls, and imediately see the effects on panel and gauge lighting just as it will appear in FS under any lighting conditions.

The licensed registered user will be able to easily open any aircraft's panel, to load existing settings, make changes, then save them. Unregistered you'll have to take the data you see and using your knowledge of the SDK, edit the aircraft's config files to make the actual change in that aircraft's night lighting.

FS2Crew 767 Expanded Flow Chart V2

File Description:
This flowchart is to be used with Level-D's 767-300ER Simulation and FS2Crew's 767 Edition. This is second version of my FS2Crew 767 flowcharts. It updates all previous approach flows and now includes flow charts for all the possible approaches in FS2Crew. A number of improvements have been made: - LDN ILS & Category I ILS Approach flows have now been split into two seperate flowcharts - Category I ILS Approach flows have been significantly modified - Circling Approach flows added detailing the procedures required to perform a circle to land in FS2Crew - Non-precison Approach flows added for a VOR/NDB,RNAV or ILS backcourse approaches. - Visual Approach flows added detailing very basic flow for a visual approach.

Yet Another Google Earth Tool (v0.9) for FS9
