Pop-Up Scroll Bar "Brakes" and "Exit Opening" Removal Utility

File Description:
This is a quick and nifty mod of Microsoft's Flight Simulator 2004 language.dll file that will keep a few of the more irritating scroll bar messages such as 'BRAKES', 'PARKING BRAKE ON', 'MAIN EXIT OPENING', ect, from popping up at the top of the screen as you are simming. This adds a little more overall realism to the experience :) Please Note: This file mode will ONLY work with english language installations of MSFS2004.

PMDG 747-400 Fuel Planner Ver1.1KG

File Description:
Excel spreadsheet determines fuel based on weight, trip length, average winds and flight level. Based on PMDG AOM Cruise & Fuel Planning tables. The spreadsheet uses empirical formulae based on linear regression to provide an approximate (usually 3%) value based on the tables. User should have familiarity with the PMDG manual for best results. For PMDG 744 Pax version only. This is the same as 744FuelPlannerV1-1 except units of weight are kilograms.

MH's Airport Altitude Update V1.0

File Description:
Is your AI traffic "floating" or "ground-digging" at certain add-on airports? This tool automatically can search your add-on scenery folders for mismatching altitudes of stock airports and flatten files. By using BGLComp, new AFCAD-BGL files will be created which contain the correct reference altitude (as in the flatten). Placing these in a scenery layer beyond the FS stock airports, will lead to AI traffic taxiing exactly on the ground.

Fly By utility v2.0

File Description:
FS2004 Fly By v2.0. This utility enables fly by view when FS is in tower view mode. New: AI aircraft fly by view is now available. AI aircraft can be selected from the list and shown in fly by or spot plane view. Next/previous AI aircraft can also be selected with the key commands. Cycle AI aircraft fly by / spot plane view is available too. Random options for horizontal (left-right) and vertical (up-down) viewpoint positions are added. There are two types of random: with constant and variable distance to the plane. Parameters range now can be assigned. Therefore fly by period, relative lateral and altitude positions can be increased significantly. Utility is provided with the keyboard commands. Limitation of Functionality: For user aircraft it is full-functional version which does not require any registration. AI aircraft options are time-limited for the unregistered version of utility. Find ICAO in BGL-files

File Description:
Data about airports and navaids (among others) are contained in binary files - generally in ...\scenery\*.bgl files in FS9 as well as in FSX. Apart from simple modifications of such data, which are possible using the AFCAD 2 AddOn tool, changes of parameters at a specified location have to be made within one of the bgl files mentioned by disassembling, re-writing and re-compiling them. As there exist hundreds of these files in the simulation program, it is not easy to find the correct one for a modification of the corresponding data. automates the search for the right bgl file by parsing all files in a selected folder or even in a whole subdirectory tree: Given the ICAO code of an airport or navaid, the program creates a text file with the position(s) and name(s) - if there are any - of those bgl files in either FS9 or FSX, in which the searched data is hidden. The program does not alter or delete existing files.

METAR/TAF DECODER - English version
