this is one of my many soundpacks that I have made for FS2004, using reallife recordings.
But this is the first I have uploaded for avsim. I choose to call this 737 " the real deal " , cause it IS the real deal, but you have to decide, if thats true.

This package includes a great set of jet engine sounds, as heard from the cabin. I created and modified them in 16-bit stereo with a lot of BASS.. so you will hear the roar of takeoff and the rumble of reverse thrust! They are made specifically for the Boeing 767, but work well with the B777 and A300 as well. Highly recommended, but you should have Sound Blaster or better on your machine along with good speakers and subwoofer. I recommend headphones!!! I also include a very realistic wind-sound...which gets louder with aircraft speed.

This sound is intended for use on Project Opensky's models, but they'll work pretty good I am sure on other freeware and payware planes. After month's of hard precision work, I present to you my new realistic and accurate 737NG CFM56-7B soundpack for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004 and X. The interior sounds are mainly from a passenger perspective. Once you load your aircraft with these sounds, you'll hear the APU System and Fans in the cabin. You hear the humming sound of the CFM56-7B at idle after you have started the engines. You spool up the engines at takeoff then hear the buzzsaw-like sound of the CFM56-7B engine's fans. Once you lift off and put up the landing gear you will hear a chime from the cabin. It features realistic cockpit sounds like the autopilot deactivation sound, stall clicker, overspeed clicker, gear up warning sound buzzer, flaps lever, rolling whine, and touch-down. I am sure that if you are a frequent Boeing 737 Next-Generation aircraft flyer, or if you're a pilot or flight crew onboard a 737NG aircraft, that you'll pretty impressed by these sounds. Give this soundpack a try, I am sure you won't be disappointed!

File Description:
This is my latest work; General Electric CF-34-3 engines that can be found on Bomardier CRJ-200 and CL-600 Challenger aircrafts. This set is highly authentic and is one of the best and most realistic soundset for the aircraft fitted with these engines today. As usual, you fly from the cockpit and also hear the engines from the cockpit. Testbed was POSKY CRJ-200 but should also work fine with the new upcoming POSKY CRJ-700 although the plane is fitted with slightly different engines, CF-34-8. Made in FS Sound Studio. Enjoy!

Engine Overview - The CFM56-7B is the exclusive engine for the Boeing Next-Generation Single-aisle airliner: 737-600/-700/-800/-900. Thrust ranges from 18,500 to 27,300 lbs.
Nearly 7,000 CFM56-7B engines are in service as part of the most popular engine/aircraft team in commercial aviation. The -7, with its swept fan and advanced compressor is among the most modern, efficient and reliable turbofans ever. More than 180 customers fly CFM56-7B-powered 737s and, since entering service in the mid-90s, they have accumulated more than 100 Million flight hours. Yet again another version of my GE CF6 Sounds for the A300 and A310. This time you'll notice various improvements such a reduced file size, which will tremendously improve your framerates and for you Dial Up users. No More Download Headaches! Improved Engine whine I added more bass so you'll be able to hear the rath of these powerful engines, a recently recorded Max Power Buzz Saw Like Sounds Heard during take-off. I also reprogrammed some of the exterior values so the time the engine has to whine has increased, compliments to some new wavs for the exterior set.
