General Electric CF6-80 v.3 - 747-400

File Description:
New version! Uses the same base-files but i've exchanged a couple of files and tuned the CFG file to give it a bit more clarity and realistic feel. Also added interior base as the 744 produce a dark bass sound at full take of setting. If you liked the previous version you will like this one more! Created in FS Sound Studio. Enjoy!

737 CFM56-7B " the real deal "

File Description:
this is one of my many soundpacks that I have made for FS2004, using reallife recordings. But this is the first I have uploaded for avsim. Heavy Jet Rumbling Sound

File Description:
I thought something was lacking from every simulator made to date, and that is, when you fly a heavy aircraft such as a 777 or 747 or A340, A330 etc. There seems to be missing that rumbling, clacking sound heard in the cockpit when you start rolling down the runway or when your taxing out, so I finally made A sound file that finally sounds realistic, I have spent many hours on this sound, and it is recorded from a real United 777-200 while in the cockpit rolling down the runway, I strongly suggest trying my sound file out if you want a realistic, cockpit on ground sound environment. :)

GE Engine Sounds for DC-10s and Classic 747s

File Description:
Extremely realistic sounds that can be used on a Rolls-Royce or GE powered classic 747s. This soundset was made because I felt there was a big lack of a soundfiles for all the 70s and 80s era heavy jets. The aircraft I am referring to are the 747-200 and 300 Rolls-Royce and GE models. Along with the L-1011 and the DC-10. these sounds have the heavy whine at idle and a spine-chilling scream at full power along with a serge sound of full throtle. Please enjoy. Recomended for use with the classic POSKY 747s, SGA's wonderful DC-10 model, and (when they release it) SGA's L-1011.

File Description:
One of my all time favorites. I bring to you, the JT9D. No specific variants here to bore you with. This is about as generic as it gets but also as real as it gets. This is set #2 from my new brand of "Unreal" soundsets. It has everything the JT9D is famous for from its hollowed exterior spoolup to its throbbing interior grind. (Also perfect for takeoff thrust reductions. This set is compatable with the 747-100/200, 767-200, A300B4, A310-200 and DC-10-40. Another set thats proven to make the flight sim as real as it gets. General Electric CF6-80C2 Complete Sound Suite

File Description: After a long hiatus due to payware obligations and a lack of spare time, I'm back with a bang. Over the course of the last few years or so I have slowly worked on CF6 sounds mainly for personal use. Over time I ended up with something that I knew I just had to share with the Flight Sim community. This is a complete all in one download for all CF6-80C2 powered aircraft. Having spent countless amounts of flights on CF6-80C2 powered A300-600s and 767s I can swear by the authenticity of this work. Additionally I have spent hours on end listening to sound clips and watching videos of CF6 powered aircraft. The quality and accuracy of these sounds will absolutely blow you away! I have included 2 specific soundsets for a wide variety of CF6-80 powered aircraft. One for the CF6-80C2A series that covers the A300-600 and A310 and another for the CF6-80C2B & D series for 767-200ER/300/400, 747-400, MD-11, Air Force 1 & C5 Galaxy M aircraft. All sounds are in full uncompressed Stereo and Mono PCM quality and have been expertly edited, mixed and compiled by myself. You will not encounter distortion or phasing issues, and because of this, these sounds are fully compatible with FSX even without soundcones. Remember, payware doesn't automatically mean better!
