If you have already installed the previous version of this library and are NOT using one of these programs to place scenery objects, you do not need to download and install V2.] Many scenery making programs for FS9 give us access to the default terminal buildings in the FS9 libraries. Unfortunately the FS9 libraries are completely unorganized, so finding a specific shape and color of building can be time consuming. Also, many of the terminal buildings are too distinctive in appearance to be of much use to someone who is looking for simple shapes to use as "building blocks" to create their own terminals. I went through most of the FS9 scenery libraries that contain terminal buildings and chose a representative sampling of simple shapes in the various textures that are available, and compiled these into a scenery object library. This makes it easier to find, say, a two story, T-shaped, yellow textured terminal building. These are not new objects, they are default scenery objects created and owned by Microsoft. I'm simply providing a more convenient way to use them. Previous version had 9300(!) downloads.

File Description:
Runway Tire Markings - an EZ Style Library. At most airports you can see a great deal of "burnt rubber" on the runways where aircraft initially touchdown. This is not very well displayed in the default FS2004. Jaxan Prier of the Mach-1 Design group has graciously granted permission for me to compile his "tiremarks" model and texture into an EZ style object library which can be used by most of the object placing programs including EZ and Instant Scenery. Please unzip this package to a temporary folder and follow the very easy installation instructions. Compiled for your flying enjoyment by David "Opa" Marshall.

A collection of large hanger scenery objects for FS9. Also includes a large and small terminal building, a small hanger with a corner office, an FBO, and a small airmail depot. Each hanger comes in three variations: door fixed open, door fixed closed, and door animated. Version 2+ adds specific compatibility with RWY12, ADE9X, and Sbuilder 2.05. If you have already installed the previous version of this library and are NOT using one of these programs to place scenery objects, you do not need to download and install V2+. V2+ also includes the updated textures from SS_Textures_update_1.zip. Installing V2+ should not affect any scenery made using objects from V2.

(For example Scenery/Namw/scenery/seattl.bgl.) These are most of the custom objects I could in the Namw, Name, and Namc scenery files. Most of these buildings are obviously hangers, some obviously not, and some you just can't say for sure. There are some parking structures, sheds, vintage hangers and other neat stuff. Many of the hanger buildings can also serve as storage facilities or other industrial type buildings.

Almost all the objects in this library are either airport buildings (mostly hangers) or city buildings (offices, hotels, etc.) I labeled them AB and CB, respectively. A few of the buildings are specifically identified, including a fire station, two Martinair buildings and one Air France building.

These are all the jetways I could in the Eure, Eurw and Asia scenery files. For the most part these jetways are quite elaborate and unique.
