'Hollywood'

File Description:
Having trouble finding the Hollywood sign which is half buried in the Terrian Mesh, when overflying the Hollywood Hills area of BurbankLos Angeles, well not any longer. I have made a flatten BGL file so that the HOLLYWOOD Sign is now raised up and fully exposed. Also, I have added a NDB to the Burbank airport AFCAD file which puts an NDB right beside the Hollywood sign so now you can find the sign from any direction.

BFU Camps Activated

File Description:
Activates many Bush Flying Unlimited sceneries to FS9's Map, GPS, and Airport Directory. Includes bgl's for BFU Brooks and outlying camps, Foxcamp with Outposts 1, 2 and 3, Sandy Cove, Shore Point, Moudi Farm, Wild Yukon and Wild1. Many thanks to Lee Swordy and his AFCAD2 and to Naji Chehabeddine for the great BFU sceneries.

Instead, the three bitmaps (S34.1-35.1 E116.6-117.7) are meant to be used for FS landscape scenery design with Ground2K4 (by Christian Fumey) or similar utilities. Source data are public domain Landsat 7 ETM+ satellite images, at 15-m and 30-m ground resolution. I used professional GIS software for the geographic transformation to lat/long-WGS84 projection, and photo processing software for channel merging and image enhancements. Each image has been tested in Ground2K4 for accurate placement. Note: These images have been ECW-compressed and need special (free) software for decompressing (instructions included).
