| YBTL - Townsville International Airport |
|
File Description:
From the VOZ1.8 Vault comes Townsville International Airport.
Townsville offers Commercial and Charter flights to the major centres of the Eastcoast of Australia as well as many regional and rural minning communities. Townsville Airport was the first
Australian regional city airport to be granted international airport status commencing in 1980. Though ending its international connection in 2002, the city will again have direct international
flights flown by Strategic Airlines, initially to Bali Denpasar Airport as of December 2010.
Townsville International Airport is a common-user civilian and defence facility, sharing access with RAAF Base Townsville.

| VOZ - Brisbane International Airport YBBN |
|
File Description:
Brisbane International Airport, YBBN, is Australia's third largest airport and offers a range of International, Domestic and regional services. It is also home to Virgin Blue as its main base of operations.
Vistaoz the main scenery contributor for Australia is proud to present you this Lite version of the airport as a standalone away from the whole package (though 1.8 is well worth the download with the amount of Airports available and to get this field in its entirety).
To those that already have VOZ1.8 this file is not required.

| YPDN 1960 Darwin Intl. |
|
File Description:
In 1919 when the England to Australia air race was announced,
Darwin Airport was established in the suburb of Parap
to act as the Australian Terminal. It operated as two airports,
a civilian airport and a military field.
In 1945 the Department of Aviation made the existing
Darwin military airfield available for civil aviation purpose.
As a result, the civilian airport at Parap was closed down
and airport operations combined with the military airport.
Between 1950 and 1974 Darwin Airport acted as the primary
domestic and international airport for the Northern Territory
and a very important stop for airlines such as Qantas.

| Australian Lighthouses - Part 1 - Queensland |
|
File Description:
Around Australia's coastline there are over 350 lighthouses.
I received a suggestion a month ago asking if I would do the locations of the lighthouses down the coast of New South Wales and when I did a bit of research I thought, why not do the whole 36,735 kilometres around Australia?
So here is the first chapter - the lighthouses that dot the Queensland coast, from the tip of Cape York to the border at Coolangatta, about 30 in all.
Note that only the default Flight Simulator items are used; there is no requirement for any third-party objects.

Here is Part 7, the Northern Territory and the last in the sequence. There are only a handfull of lighthouses in the N.T. and most of those are more of the "beacon" style rather than the traditional design. Those installations which no longer exist have been excluded. A Read Me is included. No third-party content is required.

Some installations no longer exist but I included them for those of us who like historical and period flying. If it was there in 1935, it's there in this package!

| Middle Brother Mt., NSW- TV tower |
|
File Description:
On the mid-north coast of New South Wales, approximately half-way between Taree in the south and Port Macquarie in the north, are three mountains, named by Captain James Cook in 1770 when he navigated up the east coast of Australia. They are South Brother, Middle Brother and North Brother - the latter also known locally as "Laurieton Mountain".
In the late 1950's - early 1960's, when rural television coverage was being introduced, a transmitter tower was placed on the summit of Middle Brother. As I come from that area I decided that it was time that Middle Brother had its tower placed upon it. So here it is.
It's not an exact replica as it uses an embedded default FS2004 image, but at least you do not need any additional graphics.
