| RTE2FliteMap8 v1.3beta |
|
File Description:
This little handy utility will allow you to import your PMDG (RTE) flights into the FliteStar/FliteMap program. It does this macro-based (since the FliteStar file sturcture is unknown). Before importing, it allows you to select/deselect any waypoints.
It also creates flightstrips, so can also be used to import these into e.g. FSBuild.
Note: This is still a work in progress, so please bear with me.
Tested with Flitemap 8.5

| Active ILS - KMIA (Miami International Airport) |
|
File Description:
By design KMIA is now the most advanced ATC controlled airport in the FS9 database. This is the 4th Airport and the most complex in a series of new ILS runways. As most know initiating the ILS at certain airports for AI Traffic is not a function at this time when using AFCAD2. If you add a new ILS runway to an airport such as KMIA (Miami International Airport 8L/26R) only the user aircraft can use this runway when visibility falls below 3 miles. ATC will no longer use this runway for AI Traffic because FS9 sees it as a visual runway. This will cause ATC to vector your AI Traffic back to 9L/27R (old numbers) 8R/26L (new numbers) which is also a Terminal departure runway. All 4 runways for KMIA are now simultaneously active for both departure and arrival. In the past only the runways closest to the Terminal were for departure, and arrivals used the outer parallel runways. This no longer applies with KMIA. The many options written in the XML are to numerous to list for KMIA so follow the instructions in the README and just sit back (or fly) and plane spot either VMC or IMC for a very active airport.

| Doherty's Difficult & Dangerous Aprroaches Vol 33 |
|
File Description:
FS 2004 Doherty's Difficult and Dangerous
Approaches - Volume 33. I am constantly
amazed by the high number of simers that
restrict their flying activities to small
localized areas, never venturing much
further than their own backyards. I can't
help thinking that they miss out
on some truly great flying experiences by
confining themselves to such limited
parameters. If nothing else, Doherty's
Difficult and Dangerous Approaches will
get you out more! Whether you are simply a
local pilot flying within your own well-worn
neighbourhood, or a demanding adventurous
international aviator, there's something for
everyone in these volumes. For the new simer
I have included some very easy approaches,
and for the army of case-hardened veterans who
think they have seen and done it all - let me
tell you now - you haven't! I'll introduce you
to approaches that will leave you absolutely
flabbergasted - and may I add, begging for
more! Each volume contains (10) difficult and
dangerous approaches which are set up for
you – all you have to do is fly them! I have
also included a special ~ (STAR) ~ approach
in each volume - which is a gem of an approach
that will thrill and amaze you. If you've
always wanted to know where all the difficult
and dangerous approaches could be found in
MSFS 2004, but never new where to look, I've
discovered them all - and now I'm sharing
them with you. Check out Doherty's Difficult
and Dangerous Approaches - by Michael
Doherty - you won't be disappointed.

| FS2004 Mobile Control Tower |
|
File Description:
Control the incoming and outgoing traffic on your RADAR screen (MARCIANO’s great Radar gauge) or with the excellent Ground and Traffic Radar included in the FSUIPC addon as AI planes fly around you.Rotating engine rotates the tower for a cockpit full 360ª View on 5 different levels or with the virtual view. Completely re-designing of the Main panel for a more professional look and new 7 panels for other views. Now listed as Mobile Tower in the FS2004 planes list with 1 to 5 levels variation. The tower moves easily and rapidly from one level to another without FS2004 reloading scenery textures while Traffic AI remains active. Revolutionary rotating and positioning engines by Rob Barendregt ! Precise and exact "GoodYear Blimp" view ideal for AFCAD designer. Serves also as mirador or observatiopn tower anywhere. This is a complete new Control tower and does not need the 2002 version which was downlaoded more than 11.500 times.
This sucessfull accesory is intended to be the most complete and useful FREEWARE Control Tower available at the moment for FS2004.Full Web support. by Ronald R. Cachemaille

| Alternative Wing and Engine Views for the POSKY Boeing 747-200 |
|
File Description:
This big bird of the sky is one of the worlds best selling boeing aircraft, most people I know love flying this ledgend as do I. Some of them also enjoy taking in the passenger perspective, these wing views enable you to do this, the left side is a few rows behind the wing and the right side is a few rows infront of the wing. I made these views with reference to real photos, hopefully I have them right!! I have never been in a 747 but why not take it for a spin and check it out for yourself!!
Please check Readme for install instructions.

| F/A-18E Super Hornet Maximum Speed Update |
|
File Description:
The awesome F/A-18E Super Hornet from KBT and Daisuke is perfect. It is extremely realistic. The only problem was the fact that the plane could not reach Mach 1.8+. I simply modified the .air file in one simple entry, making the plane realistic also about speed. At 36000 ft, the plane now reaches Mach 0.9 witHout reheat, exceed Mach 1 with reheat and reaches, after almost eight minutes, Mach 1.8+. I think it is a needed update for this fantastic fighter that makes the whole project totally realistic.
