Severe Engine Fire Effects for FS2004

File Description:
These effects files (activated by the smoke system) allow you to visually simulate a severe engine fire on the eighteen default aircraft, as well as six non-default, freeware add-on aircraft including Milton Shupe's Beechcraft D-18s and Howard 500, Edward Cook's Vickers Wellington, Bob Chicilo's A6M2 Zero and TBF-1 Avenger (default CFS2 aircraft updated for use in FS9), and Gary Herbert's B-17G "Lazy Lucy". Lens flare addon

File Description:
New lense flare effect created by Eitan Daniel and modified by Vincent van Veen. This will improve the look of your lens flare, halo and corona. This file continues to build on the previous version (lensflare_version_3.zip not required) and improves it by a great deal. Especially the look and size of the sun have been improved. It's best used WITHOUT the sun glare effect.

File Description:
Modifying Cockpit Nighttime Lighting in FS2004 - an Illustrated Tutorial. This tutorial will show you how to easily modify the nighttime lighting of virtually any panel. Also included is a replacement set of panel icons which can be used to light the default panel icons at night also. No programming knowledge is required. The tutorial uses the default B737-400 as an example but the concept may be applied to any panel. Please unzip (using folders option) to a temporary location and follow the tutorial instructions. Compiled in .doc and .pdf formats for your flying enjoyment by David "Opa" Marshall.

Jones Dome stock night texture FS9

File Description:
Night texture for the St. Louis Jones Dome. The day texture was uploaded to AVSIM a few weeks back. Will also work in FS8. See read me inside for install information and contact info. There are two textures. Only use one. One has mips and one is saved without. If you dont know about using mipped or unmipped textures, use the mipped.
