Now here is a most unusual file for you.... While one of the great pleasures of Flightsim is a bottomless wallet, For those wanting to fly charter and “keep it reasonable” and realistic, I found three websites that may help - I am sure there must be more.
The first, Controller provides an extensive listing of not only aircraft for sale... but also Aircraft for lease and charter (you’ll be able to determine just how much to charge your passengers. Categories range from Jet - Turboprop - Piston Single - Piston Twin - Antique / Classic - Experimental / Homebuilt - Piston Agricultural - Turbine Agricultural - Piston Military - Turbine Military - Piston Amphibious / Floatplane - Turbine Amphibious / Floatplane - Piston Helicopter - Turbine Helicopter
Two additional websites will give you an idea of just why you ARE charging so much...
For Jets - Omni Jet Trading - has a very comprehensive listing of Performance and Costs for most corporate Jets - From Astra to Westwind and most all inbetween.
For Turbo and Piston - Pierce Aircraft Sales covers operating costs from Beechcraft to the Swearingen Merlin IIIB

| Pleurtuit-St Malo (LFRD) STAR for PMDG 737NG |

File Description:
This is my first file to be uploaded on AVSim. It is a STAR for Dinard airport, which is located in Normandie, France. I use Etienne Vauchez's LFRD, available on AVSim, and I enjoyed flying IFR into the field, but it was very difficult to do so without a decent arrival. I decided to make one and here it is, albeit a fictional one. Requires the PMDG 737NG. NOTE: Has not been tested with PMDG 738/9...use at own risk! Enjoy!

| Puzzle - the Curtiss F9C-2 Sparrowhawk, as carried by US Naval Airship U.S.S. Macon |

File Description:
The Curtiss Sparrowhawk was developed to be carried aboard, and defend, the United States Navy's airships of the 1930's. In this instance the subject aircraft has been restored in the colours of one of the USS Macon's F9C-2's. The photograph is taken from a "Wings" magazine of the 1970's.
A 400-piece puzzle created with Jigsaw Puzzle 2 by Tibo Software. No installation necessary; the puzzle runs straight from the file. Readme with the simple instructions is included.

| Ronald Reagan Washington National (KDCA) Instrument Approach Update |

File Description:
This package provides updated instrument approaches for DCA including RNAV RNP 19,
which is the first public RNAV RNP (Required Navigation Performance) published by the
FAA on 9/1/2005. The enclosed bgl file was created with BGLCOMP (source code included) and updates the approach data used by the GPS and AI traffic modules. Current approach maps will be displayed on the FS GPS. Original data was used whenever appropriate. Recent charts are included for the approaches, departures and STARS.

(Update 20 - 31 August 2006) Check this file to see where there are missing aircraft types from airline flight plans and missing flight plans. Changes since the last update are reflected in "green" text. I want to thank all those who have uploaded missing texture sets and flight plans to fill the gaps in our AI environment. | Lockheed L1011 (TriStar): Visual Guide to 'Omwings' Panel |

This is a great panel for the Lockheed L1011 (by Oliver Moser - details in my ReadMe file), but it is quite complex (multiple panels - overhead, flight engineer (lower and upper), pedestal, throttles etc.): if the procedures are not followed in the correct order, the engines will not start. It seems that the original German user guides are not to be found, so I have created this step-by-step picture guide to get you from cold & dark cockpit to ready for take-off.

From the Ultimate RealATC Collection for Radar Contact and Enviro! Flight 425 was a commercial airlines flight from Vienna Austria (LOWW) to Nice, France (LFMN). The entire flight was recorded from in the cockpit and is captured in the 176-.wav files included in this .zip file. It's all included - checklists, ATIS, cabin announcements, takeoff briefing, approach briefing and all the interaction of the Captain and First Officer. Released as Freeware to the FS Community. Use the files as you like.

Want some help flying the Dreamfleet Boeing 727? If you have Speechbuddy, an elegant freeware
program that can act as a co pilot, this file could be for you. There are 13 checklists that can help with the "Cold and DarK", "Ready for Taxi" and"Ready for Engine start" configurations. It allows the checklist of the DF727 to be read to you and as pilot in command you respond. This requires some knowledge of Speechbuddy v2.2 that works with FS9. Give it a try.
