Depart Lista (ENLI) runway 14, Norway and arrive 1 hour 45 minutes later at Zurich (LSZH) runway 16, Switzerland. The plan is fully flight briefed with Word and text briefings and kneeboard in-flight briefing. A start-up flight that loads the plan, weather and kneeboard flight briefing is included; also a short Finals practise flight is included. This is a straightforward passage making flight.

Concorde's Final Flight Plan KJFK-EGLL

This is the flight plan for Concorde's final flight from New York to London. I used Flight Explorer to grab the flight plan, and NAV3 to complile it into a FS-friendly format. It is about a straight line from south of Long Island to north of Land's End. Filed altitude is FL550.

1935 First Commercial Flight Across The Rockies

File Description:
Retrace Grant McConachie's steps as he flies the first commercial flight over the Rocky Mountains, from Calgary to Vancouver in a Ford TriMotor. This package includes the flight, flight plan, and an optional weather setup. This flight is brought to you by the Ontario Northern Flying Club. This flight uses the default fs2004 Trimotor and default scenery. You may want to download the BC Mesh files available here on avsim as well. FS2002 users may use any Ford Trimotor on AVSIM for this flight.

Depart Zurich (LSZH) runway 16, Switzerland and arrive 59 minutes later at Zeltweg A.B (LOXZ) runway 08, Austria. The plan is fully flight briefed with Word and text briefings and kneeboard in-flight briefing. A start-up flight that loads the plan, weather and kneeboard flight briefing is included; also a short Finals practise flight is included. A low level departure through an Alpine valley is followed by a frolic between mountain tops before the flight concludes with another valley approach and a non-ILS landing.

Depart Kvernberget (ENKB) runway 07, Kristiansund, Norway and arrive 48 minutes later at Leirin (ENFB) runway 15, Fagerness, Norway. The plan is fully flight briefed with Word and text briefings and kneeboard in-flight briefing. A start-up flight that loads the plan, weather and kneeboard flight briefing is included; also a short Finals practise flight is included. The flight starts with a low level (1,500 ft) trip along a winding steep sided Fjord then climbs into the mountains (5,700 ft) skimming some peaks dodging others before concluding with a non-ILS finals.

A start-up flight that loads the plan, weather and kneeboard flight briefing is included; also a short Finals tryout flight is included. The flight goes over mountains before descending to 500 ft for a trip along a fjord. It then climbs to approach level for an ILS finals.

RTWK4Finals 01-05

File Description:
These five very short FS2K4 GPS finals flights by the Ancient Brit and RTW-K4 Team represent the conclusions of the first five RTW-K4 flights and plans and each finals flight will place you, trimmed and at point before the relevant finals is about to start. In-flight briefing (kneeboard) is included with each flight to assist you in conducting the finals. Three of these finals are non-ILS finals, the other two being ILS finals. Some are crosswind finals. All have visibility restricted to some degree. These flights are meant as tasters in the hope you may be tempted to download the complete flights from Avsim.
