relatives and freinds in Arizona. America West was operating some 742's(I think 2) but I guess they weren't very economical so AW stopped using them.

| AAC Islander and G-ORED Package for AI Update |

File Description:
Several people have experienced problems with the Army Air Corps and G-ORED Islander AI packages with the aircraft not displaying. This is because there are two different aircraft models in Henry Tomkiewicz's AI Britten-Norman BN-2 pack. There is a longnose version and a shortnose version - I forgot to specify which model to use.....because I only had the one model installed! This download corrects the problem.

The differences are: I added the blue spoiler, Colgan Air and Bombardier logos, darker Continental title, adjusted registration color and font, new paintkit, colored strakes and nose gear (with reg number). JetranAir McDonnell Aardvark Douglas MD-82 fleet repaints for AI traffic. These 3 are on an enhanced paintkit by myself. Includes new paint 'YR-MDL' along with 'representative' charter FlightPlans for 2 of them: 'MDS/L'. 'YR-MDK' is on lease to Air Ivoire. A new 'Summer 09' FP for "Ivoire" is available, but you need to change it here and there as I have done. Re-upload.

Repaint of the AI Aardvark Boeing 747-100/200 in Braniff International/Canadian Pacific-Hybrid color scheme. This aircraft was leased from Canadian Pacific Air Lines from 11/1978 to 12/1978. I couldn't find any photos of this hybrid scheme so this is my artistic interpretation of what it may have looked like. Base file package for FS2004 (aia742pw.zip) available at avsim.com. This is an AI aircraft only.

Repaint of A2-FMX, a Boeing 737-200 flying for charter airline Blue Sky Airlines, based in Gaborone, Botswana, and run by Flying Mission Services. At the moment they do charter work, but plan to do scheduled flights soon, to compete with Air Botswana. Included in this pack are representative charter flightplans around Botswana and beyond.
