Simplifly Deccan ATR 42-300 in Kingfisher Colors (Fix)

Some users reported the textures appearing "over-exposed" (too much light reflecting from them). This new set of textures fixes the problem. Simplifly Deccan, India (formerly known as Air Deccan) ATR 42-300 in Kingfisher colors for the FSPainter/PAI model. Paintkit by Tony Fosler. Contains textures only.
