PIA - Pakistan International Airlines (aircraft repaints included) - winter 2008-09 with Hajj flights

File Description:
Flightplans and AI repaints of PIA ATRs, B747s and part of the B737 fleet. Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) is operating a fleet of ATR 42s, Airbus A310s and various Boeing aircraft on mainly domestic flights and flights to destinations in the Middle East and Asia. They also have some long distance flights to the USA, Canada, Great Britain and various destinations in Europe. The EU restrictions have been lifted again so in these flight plans the A310s are back on flights to European destinations. The flight plans are based on information from PIA's own website for the week 5th to 12th of January. At this time - apart from their regular schedule - PIA was also operating Hajj (pilgrimage to Mecca) flights to Saudi Arabia which are included in the flight plans. Repaints of the whole ATR and 747 fleet are included as well as missing repaints of the 737 fleet. File for use with MRAI installer included.

Swiss Winter 2005/06

File Description:
This flight plan is based upon the real-world aircraft rotations for Swiss International and Swiss European for the first week of the Winter schedule (i.e. 31 October-6 November 2005). I have made manual adjustments to the Mondays and Sundays, to make everything fit into one-week patterns, but otherwise the flight plan is painstakingly accurate down to the individual registration numbers. With very few exceptions, all flights are included as are actual charter and positioning flights. I have also included the cargo schedule that MNG flies for Swiss, whereas you can get the Lugano schedule flown by Darwin from several other sources on Avsim. HB-IQH was really in maintenance that week, but I had to make it fly one return flight. Consider getting the approaches into London City (EGLC) that I have rewritten. The default ones are flawed causing AI traffic to arrive too high to make a landing. I shall be posting those shortly.

Mexico 90's Retro

File Description: Retro AI Package featuring the airlines that operated in Mexico back in the early-mid 90's, a very colorful era in Mexican aviation history. This is an "average" from 1992 to 1994 given that I couldn't find all the timetables for a season in particular (e.g. all SU93 or all WI92). Though, were basically the same routes, airplanes, registrations and painting schemes. The airlines featured in this package by timetables are Aeromexico, Mexicana, Aerolitoral, Aerocaribe, Aerocozumel, Aeromonterrey, Taesa, Aerocalifornia, Saro, Aviacsa, Aeroexo (Aeroejecutivo), Aerolineas Internacionales, Noroeste and representative charter flightplans based on information read in forums and photos found in the internet for Allegro, Varsa, Aero Tonala, Aerocancun, Quassar (including cargo), Estrellas del Aire and Servicios Aerolineas Mexicanas (SAM). Also features every single different paint scheme for Mexicana during "El cielo nunca se ha visto mejor" matching all the colors as best as possible. For screenshots and additional credits see "Read Me" file inside. This package has been tested only in FS9. Enjoy your retro flights!!!

RAF Nimrod MR2 R1 and MRA4 aircraft

File Description:
This is an attempt to represent all Nimrod MR2, R1 and MRA4 aircraft. But I cannot vouch for the accuracy - all info has been researched from the web. The flights include operations from EGQK Kinloss (MR2), EGXW Waddington (R1), EGNO Warton (MRA4), EGCD Woodford (MRA4) and the Middle East. The aircraft patrol the North Sea, North Atlantic, Irish Sea, Mediterranean and Persian Gulf. Visited airfields include LXGB Gibraltar and OOMS Muscat Seeb, where Middle East operations are conducted from. These include patrols over Iraq and Afghanistan, which I have implemented by using waypoints where "ai missed approaches" will occur. Missed approach training is also conducted at many Scottish and northern English airfields (as per the evidence from Airliners.net). Other overseas exercises include a Nimrod or two visiting Australia for the Fincastle trophy, etc. etc. Four Nimrod MRA4 from EGNO Warton and EGCD Woodford are shown undergoing flight trials. Complements my AF2 files of EGQK and OOMS (on Avsim).
