Lockheed L-749A Constellation TWA 1958

File Description:
FS2004 Lockheed L-749A Constellation TWA 1958. In June 1939 TWA (Transcontinental & Western Air) required a four-engined airliner capable of flying transcontinental US services non stop west to east or with one stop travelling in the opposite direction against the prevailing wind. The specification was drawn up by TWA's major shareholder Howard Hughes and TWA-director Jack Frye. The intial result was the L-49 Constellation, but before the first aircraft was built WWII broke out and the Connie was drafted by the militaries as C-69. After the war the C-69 was renamed L-049 Constellation and delivered to a.o. TWA (27). The L-649 and L-749 Constellations were the first true civil versions. TWA used 12 L-749's and 28 L-749A's from March 1948 till 1967. This particular L-749A, N6001C 'Star of New Jersey', flew with TWA from 24 March 1950 till September 1966. It was scrapped in 1968. This repaint is a much improved version of the one issued in 2006. It has not been tested for the FSX version of Abacus' Constallation but probably will function there as well. These are textures only. You will require Francisco Sánchez-Castañer's great payware Lockheed L-749 Constellation, which can be obtained from Abacus' Platinum Collection (see http://www.abacuspub.com/default.html). JAT Yugoslav Airlines Douglas DC-10-30

File Description:
TEXTURES ONLY for the wonderful SGA DC-10! This is a repaint of only JAT's DC-10 painted in 90's c/s (YU-AMC ex SWISSAIR HB-IHD). This aircraft was flying for JAT in late '80 and was in service till early '90, to the brake down of former Yugoslavia (SFRJ)! In that period this plane mostly has seen on the American and Australian airports (New York, Los Angeles, Sidney, Melburn...). On the begining of the war in Yugoslavia, used to pick up the UN solders (one of his last flight for Yugoslav Airlines was to Dublin). Thank you for flying JAT!

Piaggio / Focke Wulf FW P-149D - German Air Force 92+14

File Description:
This "High Reality Repaint" requires the previous installation of the Piaggio P-149D package for FS2004 by Mario Noriega (mn_p149d.zip + p149_fix.zip - to be found here at AVSIM). The repaint represents one of those "Piggis" manufactured under licence of Piaggio by Focke Wulf in Bremen, Germany, and was operated in the early 70th by 3rd Squadron ("Fliegende Staffel") of GAF Weapon School 49/50 (WaSLw 49/50), the later Fighter Bomber Wing 49 (JaboG 49), all once based at Fürstenfeldbruck ('Fursty') AFB near Munich in Bavaria, Germany. Basiqair.com Boeing 737-7K2

File Description:
These are two repaints of the only two plane that were in service with Basiqair.com, the LCC of the old Transavia, the two airlines merged and is name transavia.com. Model is done by Project Opensky and features the following: Dynamic flexing wings that respond to turbulence. Fully Animated control surfaces, pushback truck with animated ground crew, opening doors & cargo doors, accurate FDE, highly detailed textures, and lots more that you'll just have to find! BOAC Avro 685 York C1 (G-AGJC)

File Description:
BOAC Avro 685 York C1, G-AGJC, c/n 1209 entered service with the RAF as MW113. Was part of a fleet of five early Yorks that were configured as a combination of passenger/freight with 12 passengers seated in the rear of the cabin. Some sources indicate that shortly after WWII two Yorks were painted in an almost 'inverted' BOAC colour scheme and used by BOAC for crew training, mainly navigators. G-AGJC was one them. Textures only. The Avro York Base Package must be installed. Gmax exterior model and paintkit by Manfred Jahn, FDE by Paul Edwards, repainted by Hans Hermann, Virtual Birds Factory.

MEA Middle East Airlines Avro 685 York C1 (OD-ACZ)

File Description:
Avro York c/n 1218, RAF serial TS793, had a colourful history. It was allotted to BOAC as G-AGNP "Manchester". Leased to South African Airways (SAA) as ZS-BRA in 1947. To Air Freight in 1952. To Lancashire Aircraft Corporation in 1953. Leased to Air Liban and registered OD-ABT 1953. To Skyways 1955 and used for trooping flights carrying s/n WW509. To Trans Mediterranean Airways (TMA) registered OD-ACZ. To Middle East Airlines 1957. On 15 March 1963 OD-ACZ was lost in an accident near Tehran. Namc YS-11 Combi Austral (First livery)

File Description:
Fs2004 Namc YS-11 Combi Austral First livery.LV-JIJ (c/n 2087) in Austral 1967-1971 scheme. While ALA flew the routes to the north, Austral had the exclusive routes to the south and west of Argentina. Two YS11 were acquired in 1967 to support the Bac1-11s by reaching secondary destinations.Included in this file there's a version of the YS-11 Combi fitted with the external Apu kit, done by Esa Kaihlanen of the AFG team (thanks you Esa!).Textures only for the AFG's Namc YS-11 V2.7 Combi Configuration (ys-11combi.zip).Repaint by Damian Radice, based in the original artwork by the AFG group.

Dragon Rapide G-AJCL (Cambrian Air Service)

File Description:
FS2004 DH.89A Dragon Rapide G-AJCL Cambrian Air Services Cardiff. 32bit textures repaint with no mips for Dave Garwoods Rapide fs9_dh89.zip. G-AJCL C/No 6722 was built for the RAF (NF851) TOC 18 MU, Dumfries 22.4.44 and had a varied career being sold in 1948 to Butlins Ltd of London. In July 1949 it was registered to Allgood Mfg Ltd and operated by Cambrian Air Services Cardiff when the aircraft was named 'Flint' before passing on to BEA and later named 'Sir Henry lawrence' where it operated out of st Just (Lands End) where it served for a short while on the Channel Islands service.

P-51D LC-N "June Nite"

File Description:
This folder contains a repaint for the Shockwave World War II Fighters P-51D 44-11161 LC-N "June Nite", which was flown by Capt. Ernest C. Fiebelkorn of the 77th Fighter Squadron, 20th Fighter Group. A native of Lake Orion, Michigan,(Born: 12 December, 1922) Ernest Charles Fiebelkorn was one of the largest fighter pilots to see action in the E.T.O. At 6'4" and 225 pounds, he had a difficult time getting himself into the cockpit of his P-51D Serial #44-11161 Squadron Code LC-N, "June Nite" (named for his wife). Repaint by Jan kees Blom, based on the paintkit by John Terrell.

PrivatAir Boeing 737-800 "Operating for Swiss Intl. Airlines"

File Description:
HB-IIR (c/n 30295/1600) This repaint features one of the 737's of PrivatAir. PrivatAir is an European Airline wich offers full bussiness class flights to various destinations using modified/special airplanes, like the Boeing Bussiness Jet series. This particular 737 flies for Swiss International Airlines to for example New York. PrivatAir also flies for other Airlines/Company's like KLM, Lufthansa and Airbus. This repaint also features awesome dirt, wear and other effects to enhance the realism for the repaint. Have some great flights with it! Please note: This repaint has normal 737-800 FDE so you'll only have a visual BBJ2!!!
