Type: Douglas C-47A-30-DK. Registration: XY-ABF. Year built: 1944. Two Union of Burma C-47's collided on 22 February 1967, but both landed safely at Myitkyina (XY-ABF and XY-ACN). Burma names itself Myanmar today. But, Burma is however still named by the folk and some countries. After the renaming, Union of Burma airways became apportioned in Myanma airways (domestic) and Myanmar airways intl. The airline code of UB is used with domestic flights still today, with the international flights, the airline code was changed effective at the 22 April, 2002 from UB to 8M. | USAF T-33A 97th Fighter Interceptor Squadron |

File Description:
Lockheed T-33A Serial# 51-9176 stationed at New Castle AFB, Wilmington DE. 1953-1958. C/C A/1C D.E. Doyle. This aircraft was involved in two in-flight collisions, surviving both. As a result of the second collision, the right wing spar had to be spliced, making it the only "T-Bird" at that time to have that repair done. The aircraft was flown to Edwards AFB to be evaulated. The test pilot was Col. Chuck Yeager. The aircraft was returned to service. This paint was done for Dave Doyle, who was in the back seat during both accidents and the Crew Chief at the time. Quite a history with this bird. Textures only. Tim Conrads T-33 (t-33ppp.zip) required.

Fuerza Aerea Uruguaya Fairchild FH-227D FAU-570 CX-BHX(C/N 571),ex N2744R Fairchild Aerospace.Scrapped at SUMU(wreck burnt in 1995).
Fuerza Aerea Uruguaya Fairchild FH-227D FAU-572 CX-BIM(C/N 574),ex N2785R Fairchild Aerospace.Delivered in 1973, this plane of the FAU Grupo 4 under the command of Col.Eduardo Aguirre was part of the Primera Misión Antártica Uruguaya(First Antartic Uruguayan mission)and landed at the Antartik base SCRM Teniente R Marsh the 28th January 1984.Preserved today at SUMU Brigada I.
