Royal Hellenic Air Force Douglas C-47, Korean Operations

File Description:
Two aircrafts of the nine R.H.A.F. C-47 operated during the Korean War (1950/1955). Based on repaint templates by Mark Beaumont and original textures by Jan Visser, these textures sets in Royal Hellenic Air Force liveries require the base DC-3 package available from Mid Atlantic Air Museum Simulations (MAAM-SIM) at www.maam.org. First Air Boeing 737-217/Adv 'Inukshuk - C-GCPT'

File Description:
First Air livery for the Tinmouse II Boeing 737 200. Textures only! This livery depicts the Inukshuk painted on the tail. The Inukshuk, which means "likeness of person" was first used by the Inuit people to mark trails, indicate caches of food, locate Caribou herds as well as good places to hunt or fish. Most of the Canadian Arctic is dominated year round by permafrost and only has a few natural landmarks which could be used for orientation, thats why Inukshuks are used as directional markers. First Air is a Canadian Airline with passenger and cargo service.

Dan-Air Avro 685 York C.1 (G-ANTK)

File Description:
Avro 685 York C1 G-ANTK in 1960s Dan-Air livery. Entered RAF service as MW232 in August 1946. Joined fleet of Allied aircraft engaged in the Berlin Airlift in May 1947. Became G-ANTK in July 1954 with Dan-Air and was used for freight work until her retirement in May 1964. G-ANTK is now part of the exhibition at Duxford's Hangar 2. Gmax exterior model and paintkit by Manfred Jahn, FDE by Paul Edwards, repainted in Dan-Air colors by Hans Hermann, Virtual Birds Factory
