Royal Italian Air Force, Fokker D-VIII

File Description:
The Fokker EV,later designated the D VIII,was one of the most controversial aircraft produced by Fokker in WW 1. It was a masterpiece of simplicity, the designer, Reinhold Platz, had cut to the bone all the struttery and wire bracing and the result was undoubtedly the "cleanest" fighter of the time.It was nicknamed "The Flying Razor"for obvious reasons. It was flight tested with glowing reports of it's speed, handling and manoeuvrbility. It could be produced using much less man hours than it's contemporaries.There is little doubt that if sufficient numbers had been available in time, it would have been a real thorn in the side of the allies. The Fokker D VIII was never proven in combat, apart from one aerial victory. Italy received three Fokker D VIII after the end of WW1 as "War Damages Compensation", these aircrafts were based on Montecelio (Guidonia) Airport, near Rome and were used only for tests. After 1930 they were sold to civil pilots. This aircraft, with I-ELIA code, were used during the 1931's "Air Show" (Giornata dell'Aria) at 'Littorio' Airport (Rome) and were demolished during 1940. BLUE ANGELS "BIG EIGHT" DOUGLAS R5-D

File Description:
This textures set in 'Blue Angels' livery requires the new Jens B. Kristensen's original Douglas DC-4 package. Installation instructions are included. This aircraft, originally an U.S.NAVY's R5-D (C-54), was used by the "Blue Angels" during 60' and operated as team's support aircraft. Repaint by Manuele Villa.

Dornier Do-27 B1 - "D-EDFL" Fix

File Description:
A small fix for Digital Aviation's Dornier Do-27 with my repaint "D-EDFL" Unfortunately I missed a wrongly aligned bitmap on the right hand side that creates an ugly step. This replacement texture will correct that. You'll need my repaint for this file to work: it is only one bitmap. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Condor Flugdienst Boeing 747-230B 'D-ABYF'

File Description:
These textures are only working for the Aerosim version, available in Aerosim's Classic Liners Volume 1. If you don't have it, you can find it here: http://www.aerosim.co.jp/eigo/page1_e.htm Service Pack 1 is required, available here: http://www.aerosim.co.jp/eigo/library_e/spt_libr_cl1_2k4_e.htm The early 747-200s had like the 747-100 only three upper deck windows. The others were covered up. Later it was rebuilt to a normal 10 window upper deck just like later 747-200s. Therefore this aircraft flew the first years with 3 upper deck windows, then later with 10 upper deck windows. Both versions are included.

Chicago Cubs McDonnel Douglas D-9-10

File Description:
This is a McDonnel Douglas D-9-10 model by SGA/Vistaliners Repainted By Marc Listello in A Fictional Chicago Cubs Livery. This is a complete package although a good add-on panel and sound couldn't hurt. Look for my next aircraft ATR-72-500 comming soon!
