Digital Aviation DO 27 - D-EEPJ

File Description:
Those of you watching the scen will have noticed that the DA Dornier 27 is an amazing plane and is attracting a lot of attention by us repainters. Here is a skin representing DO27 D-EEPJ. This plane bears the text "FLUGEUG" - I have heard of calling a spade a spade, but to call a plane a "Flight thing" is a bit too much "stating the obvious", no?

Dornier Do 27 A1 "D-EMAM"

File Description:
TEXTURES only for the excellent Dornier DO-27 A1 with registration "D-EMAM" made by Digital Aviation. This plane was used as a demonstration model. It took off on February 21, 1959, flying from Munich along the whole coastline of Africa and finally arrived on June, 5 1959 in Tunis. Heinrich Schäfer travelled 47000km and overall flying time was 250 hours. This repaint is as realistic as possible with some licence in the color scheme of the cockpit, since there are virtually no color pictures of this plane available. Design Marcel Felde. Digital Aviation DO 27 - D-ELVK

File Description:
Here is another skin for the Digital Aviation Dornier DO27. This is a close representation of the real world DO27 flown by Markus Rheinländer - Thanks for the help, Markus! It's not perfect, but neither is the real one. She is "loved and flown" and I hope I have caught as much of the feel of the real bird. Enjoy!
