Alaska Portland Timbers logojet repaint for the iFly Jets: The 737NG (B737-700 model). Alaska Airlines is an airline based in the Seattle suburb of SeaTac. Alaska operates hubs at Seattle Tacoma International Airport, Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport and Portland International Airport. Boeing 737-700 Next Generation N607AS (c/n 29751) was recently painted in this special livery celebrating Alaska's sponsorship of the Portland Timbers. Fully compatible with SP2.1. Re-upload. When United first received their first few 747-400s in the 1980's, they were painted in this livery. This example is N184UA, typically flying from hubs in Chicago or San Francisco to many Asian destinations. I was not satisfied with my previous repaint, so here is version 2, remade with my own new paintkit from the ground up for the great Project Opensky model. Enjoy!

File Description:
A memorial to a once great airline. This livery graced the TWA L-1011 from 1977 to 1982. The Lockheed L-1011 TriStar first flew on November 16th 1970. The L-1011's systems were considered far superior to any airliner ever built. Its technology was many years ahead of its time and in the ensuing 35 years of service no TriStar accident has ever been traced to a mechanical failure. Its safety and comfort have become legendary. Sadly, the DC-10's early release date eventually forced the closure of the L-1011 assembly line after only 250 aircraft were sold. The early demise of such an advanced airliner, which in 1970 had systems equal to or superior to today's Airbus and Boeings, was a serious loss for the entire aviation community.

The EMB-120 is one of 2 aircraft types flown by Great Lakes Airlines, a United States domestic, regional carrier. Great Lakes provides scheduled passenger service to 59 airports in 15 states throughout the North Central and Southwestern United States using a fleet of 6 Embraer EMB-120 Brasilias and 30+ Raytheon/Beech B1900D's. Great Lakes operates hubs at approximately eight US airports, with Denver International (KDEN) seeing the greatest number of Great Lakes flights. This repaint is one of Great Lakes' 6 EMB-120's and bears registration N299UX. It is one of the oldest EMB120's in Great Lakes' fleet, beginning its life in the mid 1990's. This is a textures only package; you must have the EMB-120 package by Erick Cantu, Daniel Halpern and Steve Drabek available here at AVSIM. The fuselage and tail textures in this repaint are 32-bit with no-mips.
