| V Australia Boeing 777-300ER VH-VOZ "Didgeree Blue" |
|
File Description:
V Australia Boeing 777-300ER for POSKY's 777-300 V2. Created for and tested in FS2004, FSX compatibility not guaranteed. These textures are in 32-bit for quality and are primarily handpainted. Nearly every texture is totally customized and created with attention to detail, from the tires, doorways, Business Class Bar, landing gear details, spoiler details, flap details, different dirt patterns on each wing, new engine and pylon textures, custom engine blades and transparency, night lighting including a glow on the nose gear door and cabin lights that dim when the landing lights are turned off as well as the glow of the window lights on the wings and engines which also dim when the landing lights are off, reflections of antennas on the top and bottom of the fuselage, custom ground service vehicles, cargo bays, and much, much more, just explore the aircraft to see the amount of detail put into it. Feel free to ZipDive for more preview shots, but there is so much more detail that the previews don't show.

| Trans Orient Pacific (TOPAC) Douglas DC-4 N4665V |
|
File Description:
This is a repaint of one of the 2 aircraft used in the film "The High and The Mighty" (John Wayne and Robert Stack - 1954). This aircraft actually flew in this paint around Los Angeles and the bay area of southern California in November of 1953 for in-flight footage, so it's entirely fictional...but the airline was.
The original repaint was by Dave McQueen for Jens B. Kristensen's DC-4/C-54 version 2.0. I have updated it to make it compatable with the Jens' new version 2.1 (DC4_v21.zip) to use the DC-4-1009 airfile. Load your plane with 3050 gallons of fuel and balance out passengers and cargo to total 73,000 lbs. and you can duplicate flight #420 in the film! If you wish to shut down engine #1 and dump 200 gallons of fuel from the left wing and see if you can still get to San Fransico from Honolulu, that's up to you..but it is a challenge. Enjoy! This repaint requires Jens B. Kristensen's DC-4/C-54 version 2.1 (DC4_v21.zip)

| MAAM-SIM DC-3 |
|
File Description:
These are 24-bit templates on which to base repaints of the FS2004/FS2002 MAAM-SIM DC-3 available from Mid-Atlantic Air Museum Simulations (MAAM-SIM) at www.maam.org. They cannot be used with the default FS2004 DC-3. This is not a 'paint kit' as such, as the original MAAM-SIM DC-3 bitmaps are partly photoreal. Rather, these are semi-finished templates on which to base further work. This initial package comprises bare metal and white top liveries for the base Passenger and Cargo DC-3 models in different variations, together with revised alpha channel templates. Simple instructions are included. These base textures reflect commonly found "background" configurations for many liveries, and will save repainters time by not having to get rid of the default colour schemes found in the original package before starting work. Please note that further templates will be issued to complement any future versions of the MAAM-SIM model. The intention is that those templates can be added to this base 'paintkit' folder, the methodology and basic instructions being similar for all paints. Where changes to the model invoke changes in texture mapping or other differences, this will be noted with each new package provided. By Mark Beaumont for MAAM-SIM, based on original textures by Jan Visser. FS2004/FS2002

File Description:
I am proud to present this beautiful Boeing 737-8Q8 in the Project Opensky model in the newly unveiled Air Jamaica / Caribbean Airlines livery. On January 14, 2011, Caribbean Airlines re-launched the Air Jamaica brand with a ceremony at Kingston's Norman Manley International Airport (MKJP) with the arrival of the newest aircraft in the Air Jamaica fleet. This Boeing 737-8Q8, wrapped in Air Jamaica's new livery featuring the airlines iconic signature colors and Doctor Bird (a national symbol of Jamaica) paired with the Caribbean Airlines logo and the Hummingbird, presents a vibrant demonstration of this new partnership.
This repaint is highly detailed. Windows are custom textures with custom shades. The fuselage textures and shading are custom. Many of the logos are hand painted. Night textures are also custom. All repainted textures in this package are 32-bit with no mipmaps for best clarity and quality. This is a complete installation package; Project Opensky B737-800W model and air files included.

| Transavia Douglas DC-6 (revised) |
|
Images related to this file:
File Description:
In November 1966 the Dutch charter operator Transavia Holland started its activities with 2 Douglas DC-6 and 1 Douglas DC-6B aircraft. Despite stiff competition from KLM and Martinair Holland, Transavia was able to conquer a considerable part of the charter and inclusive tours market and expanded its fleet with a several more DC-6B's. In 1968 Transavia became involved in the relief airlift from Sao Tome to Biafra using its fleet of DC-6's. The next year the DC-6's were sold to Flughjalp who continued flying the Biafra missions till January 1970. Featured here are DC-6 PH-TRA (1966 livery) and DC-6 PH-TRB (1968 livery). Today Transavia is a major Dutch low cost and charter airline (owned by Air France-KLM) operating Boeing 737-700 and 737-800 aircraft. These are textures only. You will require Jens B. Kristensen's FS2004 Douglas DC-6 (dc6_v20.zip). Original textures by Jens B. Kristensen. Repaints by Maarten Brouwer.

| Air Inuit Boeing B737-2S2C (C-GAIG) |
|

File Description:
I am proud to present this repaint of Air Inuit's Boeing 737-2S2 combi, registration C-GAIG. Air Inuit is based in Dorval, Quebec, Canada. It is wholly owned by the people of Nunavik through the Makivik Corporation. This aircraft flies into and out of Montreal's Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport (CYUL) to various destinations throughout Quebec. This aircraft began its service as N204FE (now registered as a B722F) flying for Federal Express. It was delivered to FedEx in September of 1979, making it over 31 years old. For this as with all of the aircraft I paint, I paid attention to detail and realism as much as possible and generated this repaint with realistic but not overstated details. The textures in this repaint are 32-bit. This is a textures only package; you must have the Tinmouse 737-200adv v2 base package and updates available here at AVSIM to enjoy this repaint.

File Description:
The 737-800 is a core member of Delta's domestic fleet. The first 737-800 was delivered to the airline in 1998, and since then the fleet has grown to over 70 aircraft. This package features the two previous Delta liveries worn by this aircraft; the 1997 "Ron Allen" scheme and the 2000 "Wavy Gravy" livery. Wavy gravy also has two variations, one with a more rounded widget logo, and the other with winglets and a sharper logo. Model developed by Tenkuu Developers Studio, features high resolution textures, dynamic flexing wings, nose gear steering, rudder lock, ground spoilers, low speed aileron locks at high speed, fully animated control surfaces, fully independent suspension, trim animation, opening passenger doors, rolling wheels, animated thrust reversers with reverser block doors, detailed textures, full night lighting, ground service vehicles and more. Model design by Hiroshi Igami. Flight dynamics design by Nick Wilkinson, with assistance from David Biggar. Master textures and paint kit by Kyle Schurb. Painted on the great TDS model. Enjoy!
