VT ANG Air Museum Collection Part 1

File Description:
The Vermont Air National Guard was organized on 1 July 1946 at Burlington Municipal Airport and was federally recognized as the 134th Fighter Squadron on 14 August 1946 making it the fifth US ANG unit so formed and recognized. Since that time the VT ANG has flown eight different aircraft types in its primary mission and several more in support of it. The primary mission aircraft flown include the P-47D-40, P-51D-25, F-94B, F-89J, F-102A, EB-57B, F-4D, F-16A and the current F-16C. The mission support aircraft flown include the L-5, AT-6C, AT-11, C-47B, T-33A, C-45H (?), C-54G, C-131D, C-12F and C-26A. The VT ANG has a small air museum near the main gate to their base at Burlington International Airport which currently includes a T-33A, F-94B, F-89J, F-102A, F-4D, C-47B, C-45H and C-131D. My virtual VT ANG Air Museum Collection for FS9 is an attempt by a 134th FS veteran to duplicate and expand upon the actual VT ANG Air Museum. This first texture only download package, vamc1.zip, includes my VT ANG repaints of the FS9 default DC-3/C-47, Arik Hohmeyer/Chris Grabow & FS-DESIGN BERLIN's DC-4/C-54 and Greg Pepper's Beech 18G-S/C-45H.

Italian Air Force Douglas C-47, Reparto Volo 2a Regione Aerea

File Description:
C-47 ITALIAN AIR FORCE - Based on repaint templates by Mark Beaumont and original textures by Jan Visser, this texture set, in Italian Air Force livery, requires the base DC-3 package available from Mid Atlantic Air Museum Simulations (MAAM-SIM) at www.maam.org. Installation instructions are included. This aircraft belonged to 'Reparto Volo' (flying group) of the Rome Zone's Air Force Command (Comando 2a Regione Aerea). This plane operated from Guidonia's Airport, near Rome during 60'. Repaint by Manuele Villa.

File Description:
Fuerza Aerea Uruguaya C-47A-70-DL T-521,C/N 19231 built a Long Beach production plant for the USAAF as 42-100768.This plane entry service with the FAU the 30/07/63,deployed mainly with the Grupo de Aviación No.3 and retired the 20/05/81.Flew also under the matriculation civil CX-BHR.The nose of FAU-521 is preserved at Museum Aeronautico.The base textures for repainting are by Mark Beaumont, original textures are by Jan Visser.Repainted by Daniel Nole.In order to use these textures, you must already have the MAAM-SIM payware DC3 and the MAAM-SIM D-Day C-47 'Skytrain' and Dakota Mk III Expansion Pack installed in your FS2004 aircraft folder.

Fuerza Aerea Paraguaya C-47A FAP-2004

File Description:
Fuerza Aerea Paraguaya C-47A-65-DL FAP-2004,C/N 19001 builded by the Long Beach City production plant for the USAAF as 42-100538.This plane has suffered a early accident over the Lake Michigan in his training phase;deployed in England with the 80th Airborne Troop Carrier,participed in Normandy,Arhem and Bastogne operations.With the Fuerza Aerea Paraguaya first as T-41 and then 2004.FAP-2004 was one of the four C-47A operated by the FAP;most of the models deployed with the Fuerza Aerea Paraguaya were types C-47B.The base textures for repainting are by Mark Beaumont, original textures are by Jan Visser.Repainted by Daniel Nole.In order to use these textures, you must already have the MAAM-SIM payware DC3 and the MAAM-SIM D-Day C-47 'Skytrain'and Dakota Mk III Expansion Pack installed in your FS2004 aircraft folder.

File Description:
Fuerza Aerea Argentina C-47A-1-DK T-22,C/N 12190 builded by the Oklahoma City production plant for the USAAF as 42-92394.Ex brazilian REAL PP-YPV,flew latter with the Fuerza Aerea Argentina also as TC-22.The first C-47s were received by the Fuerza Aerea Argentina in 1947 and also two C-47s were the first Argentinian planes to land at the South Pole,the 6th Jan 1962, by the Argentina Navy crews(Cap. de Fragata Hermes Quijada y el Tte. de Navío Jorge Pittalunga).The base textures for repainting are by Mark Beaumont,original textures are by Jan Visser.Repainted by Daniel Nole.In order to use these textures, you must already have the MAAM-SIM payware DC3 and the MAAM-SIM D-Day C-47 'Skytrain' and Dakota Mk III Expansion Pack installed in your FS2004 aircraft folder.

File Description:
Fuerza Aerea de Chile C-47A-35-DL 967 of the Grupo de Transporte No.10,C/N 9701 built a Long Beach production plant for the USAAF as 42-23839.One of the 23 C-47s operated by the FACH from the 1946 and retired in the early 80´s.Grupo No.10 was the main operator of the type, two planes(963 and 972) were assigned to Grupo No.6 in Punta Arenas and four others planes with the Grupo No.8 at Antofagasta.The base textures for repainting are by Mark Beaumont,original textures are by Jan Visser.Repainted by Daniel Nole.In order to use these textures, you must already have the MAAM-SIM payware DC3 and the MAAM-SIM D-Day C-47 'Skytrain' and Dakota Mk III Expansion Pack installed in your FS2004 aircraft folder.

File Description:
Fuerza Aerea Argentina C-47A-90-DL T-20,C/N 20158 builded by the Long Beach production plant for the USAAF as 43-15692.Ex NC60942,Aerolineas Argentinas LV-ADF,and latter with the FAA also as TC-20.Saled to Chile, preserved today as CC-CLK with the Museo Nacional de Aeronautica de Chile.The Fuerza Aerea Argentina take the first 16 C-47s in service in 1947;by 1966 Aerolíneas Argentinas DC-3 were retired of service and taked in charge by the Fuerza Aerea Argentina inventory.Not less of 38 C-47s were listed with the FAA fleet. Some planes were latter transfered to Bolivia and Paraguay. Fuerza Aerea Ecuatoriana C-47A-90-DL FAE-20179(HC-AUX),C/N 20179 builded by the Long Beach production plant for the USAAF as 43-15713.This plane was operated by the FAE Ala de Transporte 11 based at the Base Aérea Mariscal Sucre,Quito.Ex NC49745,REAL PP-YPJ, VARIG PP-YPJ, latter trasnfered to TAME services and lost the 12-09-71 near Cerro de Hojas. Texas D.O.C. Prisoner Transport Douglas DC-3

File Description:
This MAAM-SIM DC-3 Passenger repaint is in fantasy Texas Department Of Corrections livery. Textures only. You must have the MAAM-SIM Douglas R4D/DC-3/C-47 package installed to correctly utilize this repaint. If you like flying the MAAM-SIM DC-3 in Texas, why not help the D.O.C. ferry its prisoners? This is my second attempt at a repaint, and I think it turned out well! I hope you enjoy it!
