| Douglas VC-118-DO 'The Independence' |

File Description:
Built at Santa Monica, CA (c/n 42881/29) as the personal aircraft of President Harry S. Truman. It was named 'The Independence' after President Truman's home town in Missouri. The aircraft was delivered on 1 July 1947 and served from 4 July 1947 on as a presidential aircraft till 1953 when Gen. Dwight Eisenhower became President of the USA. It seems that the rather special paint job was based on an idea by President Truman himself. 46-0505 served on as a general VIP transport till 1966 when it was donated to the Smithonian Institute for preservation. It is on loan to the Air Force Museum at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. 'The Independence' could accommodate for 24 day or 12 sleeper passengers (in the main cabin). It had a luxurious State Room aft of the passenger door. Usually there was a crew of eight. It is featured here in its original tan, blue and metal livery. You will require Jens B. Fuerza Aerea Ecuatoriana C-47A-DK FAE92066(HC-AVC),C/N 11825 builded by the
Oklahoma City production plant for the USAAF as 42-92066.One of the first early series C-47A builded in Oklahoma.The first C-47 was received by the FAE in 1946,together with a batch of P-47 Thunderbolts; 18 mixed planes(DC-3s,C-53Ds,C-49F,C-47D-L,C-47A and C-47B) were operated by the FAE and his transport service TAME founded in May 1962.After service with TAME, FAE92066 was sold to Colombia and operated as SAEP HK-3349,TAGUA HK-3349,Air Villavo HK-3349,Aerovilla HK-3349,SADELCA HK-3349X,ALCOM HK-3349,and VIARCO HK-3349(Active)(Reported also as derelict at Villavicencio).
The base textures for repainting are by Mark Beaumont,original textures are by Jan Visser.Repainted by Daniel Nole.In order to use these textures, you must already have the MAAM-SIM payware DC3 and the MAAM-SIM D-Day C-47 'Skytrain' and Dakota Mk III Expansion Pack installed in your FS2004 aircraft folder.

Airasia's Thai service aircraft with "Carabao" livery (9M-AAN)
Air Asia is a low-cost no frills Malaysian airline which operates
flights from Kuala Lumpur International Airport to various destinations
throughout Malaysia. It operates exclusively on Boeing 737-300 aircraft.
Thai Airasia is a jointventure company between Shin corp. Thailand
and Airasia Malaysia. Two aircraft are initialy used for thai domestic
flights using Bangkok Intl. as a hub with a plan to increase the number
upto 10 at the end of the year2004. Carabao(meaned buffalo) is a folk
star of Thailand and Thai Airasia presenter.

In this updated package, the Malay flag at the nose was moved to the side of the
frontal door,funny appearance of grey painted over area can be seen at the nose.
Main wheel red button was also added.
-----The folder contains all you need for flying the "CARABAO" ,just unzip and paste.
This aircraft has a ving view function and is as easy to fly as the default 737-400 and also very suitable for AI too!

File Description:
Maddog 2008 in China Northern Airlines B-2126 Repaint. You have to install payware LSH maddog 2008 first. The company was one of the six major airlines in mainland China which operated Airbus A300, MD-80/90 and Airbus A321, serving domestic routes as well as to Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea and North Korea. On May 7, 2002, exactly 10 years ago, China Northern Airlines Flight 6136(Reg.B-2138) was flying from Beijing to Dalian when the pilot reported fire on board. Downside residents thousands of people and a large Petroleum Refinery. The captain noticed the situation and minutes later the plane crashed into the bay, avoiding injuries on the ground. Later, they found a passenger purchased 7 air insurance policies of this flight and investigation on the wreckage showed a quantity of gasoline near his seat. The conclusion is a passenger committed suicide and delibrately set the plane on fire. After the crash, China Northern Airlines merged with China Southern Airlines and became one of the largest airlines serving mainland China.

| Douglas VC-54C-1-DO 'Sacred Cow' |

File Description:
Built a C-54A-5-DO Skymaster at Santa Monica, CA, for the USAAF (c/n 7470) and delivered on 26 January 1944. Converted to VC-54C-1-DO for personal use by President Franklin D. Roosevelt. Irreverent journalists promptly named it 'Sacred Cow'. The VC-54C contained an electric elevator to lift the polio-struck Roosevelt and his wheelchair on board. The elevator was raised from the ground into the aircraft's belly for which purpose a hatch in the bottom of the fuselage could be opened. President Roosevelt made only a few flights with the 'Sacred Cow', the most famous journey being to and from the Yalta Conference with Stalin and Churchill in the Soviet Union.
Following the death of Roosevelt, his successor Harry S. Truman continued using the 'Sacred Cow' till July 1947. Nowadays the aircraft is on display at the Air Force Museum at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, be it with a different serial number. These are textures only. You will require Jens B. | NAC de Havilland DH-114 Heron 1B |

File Description: In 1957 they were written from use. One Heron was sold to the UK but sadly suffered a fatal crash on delivery. The other three, including ZK-BBM, were stored and in 1960 sold to Fiji Airways (later Air Pacific). In November 1975 Rotorua-based Air North bought ZK-BBM from Air Pacific. Already in 1978 she made her final landing and was stored for years at Ardmore Airfield. Classic Flyers NZ, based at Tauranga Airport acquired the Heron in March 1989. Since then she has been restored for static display at the Classic Flyers Museum.
You will need the DH-114 package available at Classic British Flightsim.
New Zealand National Airways Corporation (NAC) was the first operator to receive the DH-114. From 1952 till 1957 NAC flew with four Herons 1B's, which were acquired to serve those airfields which could not take NAC's standard airliner of those days, the Douglas DC-3. The Herons primarily flew across Cook Strait (Rongotai-Blenheim-Nelson) and later also to Hamilton and Rotorua. Since many modifications were required for this new airliner, the Herons proved too costly.

A working installation of the G and H Super Constellation packs (L1049H.ZIP, L1049GZIP and r7v-1.ZIP)is required, use the 1049vc_rf model for this textures!
This aircraft (c/n 4202) was built 1956 as 54-0183 for the USAF and served with the MATS Atlantic Div. as "City of Manchester". After retire in 1977 it eas stored at Davis Monthan until 1983 were the Connie was bought by Hangar 10 Inc. and reg. as N515AC. In 1984 she was leased to Air Cargo Intl. Aerochago S.A., Dominican Republic bought the aircraft in September 1988 and used it mainly on freight flights from Santo Domingo or Santiago in Dom. Rep. to Borinqen or San Juan in Puerto Rico and Miami FL. 1992 after the FAA banned Dominican propliners to fly into US airspace, the Connie was stored at Santo Domingo. Hurrican "George" 1988 blew a C-46 (HI-503CT) into it and caused severly damage. After scrapping in 1999 the bow section was shipped to Switzerland and used to built a simulator for Swiss Constellation Flyer Association, SCFA.

FS2004 Curtiss C46 VC And Failure Model, v2. For the C46 Curtiss Commando aircraft by Libardo Guzman Garcia, Greg Pepper, and Tom Gibson (GAC46V2.ZIP). This is my Version 2 and it supersedes my previous uploads (c46bflvc.zip, c46bflfix.zip, c46bfl_up.zip). It adds a virtual cockpit similar to the Buffalo Airways C46 cockpit as well as pilot induced and random failures/damages through gauges originally developed by Charles Owens for the DC3C (most failures) and by Robert Graf (carburetor icing and oil consumption) for the DC-6. These gentlemen together with Gunter Tesons RealEngine_v14 have really made flying piston aircraft a lot more interesting. The frequency of random failures can be adjusted between "never" and "certain" but you always have to watch the engine limitations, carburetor icing, and oil consumption.
Further gauges by other authors are used or have been modified or have been developed by me. Version 2 increases the number of failures (engine, fire, leaks, systems, equipment, instruments), and introduces an improved upper overhead panel, an abbreviated interactive checklist on the panel, and reduced braking in rain, snow and freezing rain. Version 1 is not required for Version 2. See the C46BFL ReadMe V2.txt for further details and credits. Air Ceylon was formed in 1947 by the government of the newly independent Republic of Ceylon (nowadays Sri Lanka). That same year three Lockheed L-749 Constellations were ordered for the connection Colombo-London. The order for the Connies lapsed and in 1949 Air Ceylon started a service operating Douglas DC-4s leased from Australian National Airways (ANA), who owned 49% of the shares (the other 51% were owned by the government of Ceylon). However, fierce competition from BOAC's DH-104 Comet 1 and TWA's L-749 Constellation forced Air Ceylon to close the London connection in 1953. In 1955 KLM Royal Dutch Airlines took over the shares from ANA. From 7 February 1956 till 1 November 1958 Air Ceylon leased KLM's L-749A Constellation PH-LDP for its new, weekly connection Colombo-(Bombay)-Karachi-Bahrain-Cairo-Rome-London-Amsterdam. For a limited period this route was extended from Colombo to Bangkok. PH-LDP was sprayed in a very pretty, exotic livery and received the name 'Mahadevi', its previous name having been 'Rotterdam'. In November 1958 PH-LDP was superseded by KLM's L-1049G Super Constellation PH-LKA/4R-ACH which also received a full Air Ceylon livery. On 3 November 1958 PH-LDP was written from use at Schiphol (Amsterdam) and has been scrapped sometime in 1962.

File Description:
This package includes all the Hellenic Spitfires expect the Spitfire pr Mk.XI witch appeared in one unit and pr Mk.XIII in three units. You can fly the spitfire mk.Vb/c, Spitfire mk.IXe LF/HF and Spitfire Mk.XVIe LF. Greece in 9/23/1938 ordered 12 Spitfires and 12 Anson. During the June of 1939 it was signed the order of 24 Spitfires which cost 9335 pounds each. When Hitler attacked to Poland, England used all the aircrafts that were under construction and of course the Greek were some of them. On 10/12/1943, the 336th Olympus Squadron received the first Spitfire and followed the 335th Tiger Squadron. The Spitfire mk.Vb/c replaced the Hurricane mk.IIb/c.
